Could not have asked for a more beautiful, relaxing and delicious lunch! First, the view is just breathtaking! The food and atmosphere are probably the best on the island. Our waitress Angela was spot on, friendly and very knowledgeable of the food and drink menu. 10/10 would recommend coming to dine here. Handicapp parking and restrooms available.

The Crouching Lion is an absolute gem and easily the most memorable dining experiences we’ve had on Oahu.
The ocean views are breathtaking, and being told by our waiter that we might spot whales from our table made the setting feel truly special and unlike anywhere else we’ve been.
The food was outstanding from start to finish. The cocktails were beautifully crafted and refreshing, especially the espresso martini and watermelon spritz.
The oysters were the best we’ve ever had, the poke was incredibly fresh, and every dish felt elevated. The kimchi fried rice was packed with flavor, the larb with lettuce wraps was bright and perfectly balanced, and the uni pasta was our favorite: rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable.
The staff was so kind, patient and attentive. With incredible food, stunning views, and an experience that feels genuinely special, The Crouching Lion is a must visit on Oahu. We can’t wait to come back!

We arrived here dusty and fabulous after a fabulous ATV tour at nearby Kualoa Ranch. We were graciously greeted and immediately shown a table. Our server Anthony was friendly and efficient. The focaccia was the best we’ve ever had – fluffy interior and light and crispy crust with black sesame seeds- do not skip this!! The sliders were also delicious and those two items would have been enough for the two of us. We also had a table near a window with a beautiful view of a full moon and its reflection in the water. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Amazing food and taste. Their shrimp has a delicious buttery and salty flavor. The atmosphere is fun with live music.
We got the loaded volcano French fries, waygu sliders, shrimp, and the brisket tacos to share.

We were a big group – 12 adults and 12 kids so felt like they were a bit hesitant to seat us but eventually we figured it out and afterwards their service was great.
Many vegetarian options, surprisingly.
Green onion pan cakes weee fabulous.
Vege fried dumplings were great too.
The fried tofu was too soft and no flavors inside – not recommended.
Crème brûlée dessert was decent.
The green stuffed peppers lacked substance.
Vege roll was surprisingly good too.
Drinks were amazing too. They made a custom rum sour that was great.
Mai Tai was good too.
Overall a good experience and many vege options also so will recommend.

We had a delicious dinner tonight at the crouching lion. We started off with a brisket taco roll which was a nice surprise. I’m a big fan of carbonara, so we had to try their version which obviously has an Asian twist. It certainly delivered in its unique way. Straight from the robota grill we enjoyed the Ono and roasted duck. Our server Steve did a great job of taking care of us throughout the meal. Highly recommend.

This was a great new spot on island for a romantic date or dinner with the family. I got just drinks and an appetizer. I got the half dozen raw oysters from Washington state. Also a great view with a great patio. Also looks to be a good private area for a party etc. Bonus***A car collection museum that is free and can view after eating and purchase!

The Crouching Lion was 10/10 experience. The vibe was so cute, all decorated for Christmas, with a killer view of the ocean. We had the Santa Sangria to start. Delicious and sweet. Then we ordered share plates of crunchy ahi, crunchy salmon, brisket tacos and volcano fries. All were seriously so satisfying and plenty to go around between the four of us.
We were also celebrating a birthday and an upcoming deployment. The staff surprised us with a sweet chocolate ice cream dish to share as well as a candle and a sweet, sweet serenade from the live music artist they had that night. It was definitely an incredible experience and we can’t wait to dine here again.

Delicious food but petite portions. If averaged out, a normal sized scallop or shrimp cost $6 a piece. Lane provided excellent service. We sat outside on the covered patio watching the ocean. Prime brisket tacos were very tasty.

My wife and I stopped by for a quick bite while we were in the area and were really impressed. The atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish, the service was friendly, and the ocean view is absolutely spectacular.
We especially enjoyed the Spicy Cucumber, Prime Brisket Tacos, Hokkaido Scallops, Kahuku Sweet Potato, and Scallion Pancakes with squid — each dish had great flavor and balance.
We liked it so much that we came back the following weekend with friends and tried most of the menu. The Robata selections are a complete hit — everything from the grill was outstanding. They also have cold beers on tap, good cocktails, and nicely chilled wine, which paired perfectly with the food.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re on Oʻahu’s windward side.
