Excellent dining experience. Love the ambiance and overall vibe of this place. It’s southern VT charm with elegant dining. Each dish was crafted with precision. We enjoyed the scallop crudo, a special pheasant angnolotti pasta & the seafood Mafalde pasta. All were great and I would order them again. Cocktails were excellent! I tried both tequila cocktails on the menu and loved both of them. Only negative thing is that they forgot one of the salads we ordered. It worked out because we had plenty of food. They do course things out so give yourself time to enjoy the meal. Reservations recommended!

Each dish was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The ambiance was spectacular from the moment you walked thru the door. Chef Tiara Adorno’s dishes was on another level. I understand now why Chef Tiara is a 2026 James Beard Award Semifinalists!

Amazing dinner and experience. Truly one of the best dinners we’ve had. An open kitchen is always a good sign. Also the pastries they serve in the moring are insane

I wanted to like this place so badly because of all the great reviews, the friendly staff, and the cozy decor and atmosphere. The vision for the food is good – on the Pasta Night (Sunday) we had the crudo, razor clams, crab bucatini and the ravioli, and eggnog tiramisu. Flavors good and well-thought menu in general. Unfortunately there was just such a major long weight in between the starters and the mains (around 45 minutes to an hour) that I just can’t justify coming back when they are this busy. I think the cooks were working as fast as they could (shoutout to them!!) but the place was just slammed. Also the bucatini was really, really, past the point of al dente and was overcooked (probably a good 5-7 minutes past).

We tried the lion’s mane dish along with the beet and pork salad, and everything was beyond perfect. Every bite felt thoughtful, balanced, and packed with real flavor. This is food made for true foodies — creative, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best meal I’ve had all year. Came in with six friends and ordered the entire menu, and every single dish was outstanding. Bold flavors, creative pairings, and flawless execution across the board. An incredible experience from start to finish. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Swanky place with a creative menu & local ingredients. Our server was quite hospitable and checked up on us multiple times during the meal. Would definitely return for future VT trips

Heavenly baked goods! The pastry chef is a true master. The ham and cheese croissant might feed 4 people, but you won’t want to share it. Perfectly buttery and flaky and full of flavor. And the fresh brioche sticky bun? Speechless.

We enjoyed the focaccia bread for our app. The garlic and rosemary added to it was so good. My husband got the red wine sausage with cabbage with a grainy mustard. We wish there was more mustard sauce with it otherwise it was a 9/10 meal. The cabbage was cooked very well wish I knew how to cook cabbage like that I would eat it a lot more. I got the baked cavatelli which came out steaming hot in a cast iron. It was a delicious pasta and I would recommend it. Our only complaint was a server was a bit slow and didn’t check on us much. We sat outside in “The Yard” early October. Note there is no heaters. We would definitely come back!
