We started with a cappuccino, which was perfectly creamy and paired so well with the meal. The chicken tortilla soup was comforting and full of flavor such a great option if you’re craving something warm. We also tried the pasta carbonara, which was rich, creamy, and cooked perfectly.
For dessert, you absolutely have to try their Dubai chocolate crepe. It was incredible perfectly sweet, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. We also had the cookie crumble frappe, which was refreshing and delicious.
What I love about Crepe Lab is that it’s not just about crepes. They also offer pasta, soups, coffee, frappes, and brunch options, making it a great place whether you want something savory or sweet.
If you’re searching for the best crepes, brunch, coffee, and desserts at Crepe Lab, this place is a must-visit. The food is delicious, the presentation is beautiful, and the atmosphere is perfect for a casual brunch or a sweet treat. Highly recommend!
Food- I ordered the French Continental + avocado. They forgot the avocado. The light drizzle of hollandaise sauce was flavorless & a bit watered down, not creamy. The scrambled egg inside was a dry, with the right amount of sauce this may have been OK. There could have been more inventive creativity with the side spinach salad- it also had a very light drizzle of hollandaise and that was it. Perhaps add lemon vinaigrette and spring leaf mix with shredded carrots. After a few bites, I switched to my back-up Belgian Crepe. 1) The crepe dough was tough, not able to cut with only a fork, I had to get a knife. 2) PLEASE remove the parchment paper liner in the to-go box- it is NOT non-stick. This made it very difficult to eat and cut, tiny pieces of paper were ripping off onto my fork. 3) It was a difficult, messy process to remove the crepe from the paper (see video) and put directly on the plastic container to cut easier. 4) That said, the flavor of this one was alright/as expected. Nothing overly special. There’s ALOT of extra crepe along the edges, about 2 inches; the filling should go closer to the edges, more filling please!
3) I haven’t started on my lunch crepe- Chicken Florentine, but just from looking at it it has WAY more sauce. The salad looks dry, I don’t see any type of glisten of sauce or vinaigrette, but could probably use some from crepe if leftover.
Atmosphere- love the decor and yellow chairs are very comfortable.
I really hope this feedback is considered. I pass here every day to work and would love to go back. But as of right now I’d go to their neighbor Tintoland that has rolled ice cream & sweet/savory crepes that are amazing!!
Had the dubai chocolate crepe, great. Oddly enough and you will not believe this, but… it wasn’t overly sweet? 10/10.
My husband doesn’t like crepes at all, he had the chicken pesto savory crepe and he finished his plate. My biggest testament of quality, lol.
House coffee tastes like a good dark roast, and you get refills!
The crepe was soft and moist with good amount of cheese sauce filling. The sauce was tasty and perfectly complimented the entire dish. Fresh garden green salad with light pesto drizzle topping was light and healthy.
This is probably going to be my regular joint for weekends!
Thank you guys for making my Sunday brunch so good!
And to top it off the service was incredible.
