Cream cafe is adorable. It’s off Main street in Seal beach and although it was a busy weekend day, I got lucky and found a parking spot right out front. Talk about Lucky!
I was with a meet up group of about 12 people and since we made reservations, we had a nice little corner at back of the patio. The servers was very patient and answered all the questions and sent the food order in waves so the food came out rather quickly.

The regular coffee, it was a bit confusing but if you order a coffee for dine in, you do get free refills. But, the way the menu is worded. There was some confusion from the group.

Drink: Matcha Latte with almond milk, this is my new thing right now! I absolutely loved it. It was rich and creamy. Definitely worth a try as an alternative to coffee.

Food: I happened to sit next to a person who was eyeing 2 different Benedict and also a waffle so we ended up sharing the 3 items! The Persian Benedict has a fried egg and Brie! Omg, what a game changer. I’m also on a brie kick, too. It comes in wave. The crossiant is a nice touch and it was soft ans flakey.

The carnitas Benedict was also very good, it had a great flavor. There was a lot of potatoes as well. I had to take some home. It had decent flavor.

The Belgium waffle was worth the share. The whipped cream was perfect, the fruit was fresh and complementary to the syrup. The syrup was legit. Very rich and tasty.

I highly recommend this place for brunch if you’re in Seal Beach.

It’s my family’s favorite breakfast spot.
If you’re looking for a great breakfast with an inviting atmosphere and excellent service, this place truly hits the spot. The menu offers so many options, and the food is always fresh and delicious.
One thing I really appreciate is how quickly the food arrives—we’ve never waited longer than 7 minutes.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Since we have kids, they always ask if we need a high chair and even offer coloring books, which is such a thoughtful touch.
Just a little heads-up: if you don’t want to wait, I recommend making a reservation a day in advance.

My boyfriend used to come here all the time as a kid and still 28 years later one of the best breakfast spots in Seal Beach. We brought our dog with us since they allow them on the patio. Our pup was welcomed with love and a pup cup! I ordered the Smoked Salmon bagel and my boyfriend ordered the breakfast crepe. Both were absolutely delicious. He was happy to see they have not lost their touch.

Great atmosphere with the hustle and bustle of this cafe. We waited 25 minutes during Sunday brunch hours and ate at the patio. It was nice to have the next door bakery and coffee to hold us over. The spot for cyclists to fuel, trust in the nice bikes outside of the shop. I loved the variety of the menu and drinks here. We enjoyed the breakfast burrito (wish it came with a side!), which came out quickly and was hot. Staff is attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

This spot was pretty good! We tried the breakfast sandwich (excellent), banana fosters crape (pretty good but a bit pricey for only getting 1), Arnold Palmer (great!), and a cheese and peach danish (good but probably would have been better earlier in the day. Got their around 2 and were told we had to order take out even though we just stilll ate at one of the tables inside and were finished before they actually started clearing tables at 3pm so that was interesting ‍♂️. Overall I’d come back a bit earlier in the day and eat here again!

Super friendly staff and very calm vibes! Not so rowdy inside and just enough space between tables! The patio can be a bit chilly (it’s all in shade) so I chose to sit indoors.

[FOOD:] Came out very hot, perfectly cooked and scrambled! The potatoes were a bit oily but the sourdough helped even everything out. The French Toast was also really warm and they weren’t too bland nor too sweet. A solid good plate of french toast!

[SERVICE:] Very quick and surprised how fast my food came out! Once you hear Mexican music from the back, you already know it’s gonna be good. Lol The staff was also very friendly and patient with answering my questions and helping me find the restroom.

Overall, will definitely come back! I had a great experience and my tummy is incredibly satisfied!

Cute little cafe; The perfect place for lunch on a rainy day. 🙂 There was a bit of a wait, but we got seated on a small table in a cozy corner of the restaurant. I ordered a Caprese Omelette and my friend got a Peppermint Coffee and Avocado Toast. The food tasted pretty standard and the servers were nice, stopping by constantly to refill our coffee and waters. We even got a free baguette as we were leaving! I would come back here for the good food and chill, laid-back vibes.

Great place for a nice breakfast/ brunch. A local friend brought us here and we really liked it. She recommended to get here by 8 am to make sure we didn’t have to wait. It was worth waking up early on a Sunday! The coffee is delicious and they have free refills if you are eating here. The chicken pesto crepe was delicious and it came with oven roasted potatoes. I also tried the roasted veggies Benedict and it was good, but the crepe was better! They also have nice pastries. My favorite was the raspberry pop tart, wow! We sat outside and really enjoyed our breakfast. I would come back and prices seems to be reasonable for the quality.

Huge breakfast menu. There is literally something for everyone. I had The Omelette which came with their really good crispy potatoes. The armor was good but they have a tendency I believe of almost overcooking it. The prices seemed to be comparable to other breakfast places. The patio has a nice ambience about it and the service is very good. My friend got the avocado toast which looked really good and she enjoyed it thoroughly. I’ve had in the past their egg white breakfast burrito which is very good. I would definitely return but while order something instead of an omelette.

When I’m visiting my daughter in the Pasadena area, we love to have brunch with my brother and sister-in- law who live in San Clemente. We found Crema Cafe last year as our “meeting spot” and went back again last Sunday. Great location and service. We love the menu too as we all enjoy variety. My sister-in-law is vegan and loves the selection. We always have a reservation and they never rush us even though they are packed. We also respect their need to “turn the table”. We loved walking to the pier too! Beautiful spot!
