Friendly staff, clean space, plenty of seating, neat photo opportunities. Ofc you get to keep the jars and they have a wash out station. All the toppings were fresh and milkshakes were great. Plenty of options to choose from for those with restrictions.

Very cute! The milkshakes were over the top! They had disposable cups and containers to bring home leftovers. My teens loved them! They also had scoops of plain icecream for my youngest who has simpler tastes. We were served right away and the store is well decorated and clean.

Stopped by with my sister after grabbing some barbecue, and we were blown away! The ice cream here is absolutely incredible — easily some of the best we’ve had. I ordered a shake topped with a rich, buttery pound cake, and every bite was pure heaven. My sister went for the cookie dough ice cream and couldn’t stop raving about it. Whether you’re a local or just visiting downtown, this spot is a must. Put it at the top of your list!

I came here with my family to celebrate finishing a “no added sugar for 30 days” challenge. I got the mint chocolate chip milkshake with a brownie on top and it was AMAZING.

Crazy good milkshakes, great location. Went here with a few friends for dessert and it did not disappoint! Received our shakes quickly and they were delicious! Enjoyed getting to keep the cute little mason jar it came in. When we went there was Halloween ones and I received the Greenville themed one. Would definitely recommend splitting a shake as they are HUGE! I could not finish mine by myself.

I went to to crazy mason in Pigeon Forge, and I had an amazing milkshake there. So I figured I would go to their greenville location, and by golly, was it immaculate. The wife and I got the strawberry shortcake, and our friends got the cookies and cream milkshake. The strawberry berry shortcake was a little to “crazy” for me, but the wifey loved it. Next time, I’ll probably settle for a regular milkshake, but altogether, it was a great 9 out of 10 would recommend if you want to change your milkshake experience up a little bit.

Overall wonderful experience! We got the Wee Bit of Crazy St. Patrick’s Day milkshake and the Have your cake and eat it too milkshakes. They were super cute and the entire space has cute spots to take pictures- very aesthetically pleasing, because camera eats first right. The milkshakes were delicious and the mason jars they came in are too cute! The staff was overly friendly in the best way. The kids and I loved it and can’t wait to come back and try other flavors!!

The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar offers creative sundaes and shakes served in mason jars. The jars can be kept as souvenirs, and the ice cream shop even has a washing station for customers to wash out their jars after use. My son and granddaughter said that their ice cream creations were great. Mine was tasty, but unfortunately my ice cream was too soft and melted very quickly. We visited The Crazy Mason before attending a Greenville Drive baseball game across the street. We had paid for stadium parking at a nearby lot, so it was very convenient to visit the ice cream shop before entering the stadium. However, the normal parking situation seems lacking, as most parking is on the street and spaces are hard to come by. But for us, a visit to The Crazy Mason was a perfect prelude to a fun evening at the ballpark!

Their milkshakes and desserts are definitely worth the money. One of their fancy looking milkshakes is around $16. However, they come loaded down with toppings. They have so many choices and flavors. The only downside I could find, is the wait time. Its not a super long wait, but probably 15 to 20 mins after you order. Over all a solid 9/10

This milkshake shop is over the top! They offer creative combinations of ice cream and every topping you can imagine to create one-of-a-kind milkshakes, bowls, etc. with memorable names. Don’t stop here if you are looking for a light snack – everything is oversized and chock full of flavor and texture. If you arrive close to closing time, the menu may be limited.
