First time eating here. My Husband ordered a thick pork chop with mushrooms; I ordered the salmon with fried Brussel sprouts. Each plate was about $26. Service was good, the staff seemed to work well as a team. We were seated at a small table right outside of the restroom in a narrow spot, which did not create the most enjoyable dinner experience. However, the Crain seemed to be a good place with friends to enjoy wine with shareable plates.

Nice variety on the menu and all the choices looked fantastic making it difficult to pick just one.
Poutine fries were on point! We also had the chicken, salmon and stroganoff which we all also very good.
Great servers who were helpful and friendly.
Ambience is very relaxed and we loved the invitation to hang out as long as we wanted.
Can’t wait to return to try the Chop and sliders.
Very busy by 6pm on Saturday so make sure you go early.

Highly disappointed. For such a limited menu and hefty price tag, I would expect awesome food. The Three Amigos appetizer was okay. The guacamole was overwhelmed with red onion. It needed salt. The poor avocado. The turkey sandwich was too salty and there was so much liquid that the crissount was soggy in spots. The chicken two ways was only edible the baked way. The fried chicken was just gross. The augratin potatoes were undercooked and hard to chew.

This is an upscale lounge with an extensive wine list. We thought it had a very relaxing atmosphere. Our cocktails and drinks were 5/5, zero things to improve on. The food is 4/5. The Mac and cheese sauce was a bit watery. The flavor was good and would be 5/5 with more cheese added to the cheese sauce. The fried chicken had good flavor. The texture of the breading was a bit mushy in spots where the maple dijon glaze had worked its way into it. The next time I order the chicken I will ask for glaze on the side. The burger good, cooked exactly as requested with a tasty bun. The fries had a bit of pepper on them and were not over salted. Cream Brulee was a solid 5/5.
It’s a nice spot to eat and have a drink and we plan to come back and try the other cocktails and menu items.

Was treated by a friend at this great new place. Just blocks from where I grew up. Walked in and greeted warmly. I was told to ask for Sheridan’s section and they gladly agreed to seat me there. I would strongly recommend Sheridan! She is a great example of the best we have in the city in hospitality! We started with a beer and some prime rib sliders. I recommend using the horseradish sauce because the slider needs more flavor. My friend ordered the pork chop with Au gratin potatoes and both were amazing. I had the Reuben and a side of the green chile Mac. The Reuben was good, but I would probably ask for less sauerkraut next time. The green chile Mac is one of my favorites in the city. So delicious! This place stays busy so if you are smart go during their happy hour! Enjoy!

Our first time was nice… they seated us promptly, took our order promptly and we received food quickly and it was right. All of that was perfect. My salad was very good but very pricey. My husband got a hamburger patty with Brussel sprouts. The meat was great but the sprouts were fair at best. No flavor or seasoning- just very greasy. The atmosphere is more like a bar than a restaurant. Only two booths available. Our meal was $60 for those two meals with tip (in picture) and we did not get any drinks. Too expensive for the portions we received. Service was great.

This was a great overall experience. We had the wings and poutine for our appetizers. The wings were perfect and the poutine was flavorfu. Well done on both. For our entrees we had the chop with green chillies mac and the beef stroganoff. The chop was perfectly cooked and the peach jam paired perfectly. The beef stroganoff was good but lacked the elevated notes I would have expected with the price point. For dessert we had the chocolate cake explosion which was worth every calorie! Look forward to seeing what else this establishment come up with.

We stopped in on Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. There was no wait at all but be prepared to wait in the evenings because it gets busy. Everything we tried was excellent! The prime rib sliders were great along with the sliced plate as an appetizer. We tried multiple cocktails and all were great as well. Definitely a place to check out! We will back soon!

Great environment with elevated drinks, delicious food, and service. We started our night with a seasonal s’mores old fashion and their delicious standard old fashion made with buffalo trace. We ordered the prime rib sliders from the moment we sat down and they packed a punch with five on the plate. The prime rib was so moist and delicious I decided to get the prime rib medium rare seasoned and seared for my meal. Wow, I ordered the 16oz and wanted more, I could eat 32oz in a single setting easy. Cooked & seasoned perfectly! We also ordered a desert since it is Xmas week, the cheesecake with homemade Carmel didn’t disappoint. We were so full we couldn’t finish it all. We will be back every week! Get in here for an amazing meal but save me a barstool

We waited quite awhile for service. It took a long time for our drinks to be served. Ordered the Poutine appetizer, it was delicious, and quite large. Then we ordered soup and salad and entrees. The soup and salad arrived promptly. They were both large. About 5 minutes later the entrees arrived. We specifically asked for them to come after the soup and salad. Very poor staging. Trying to turn the table? IF we go there again we will order these separately. The wedge salad was large and the slider appetizer was 5 sliders! Lots of food. The acoustics are bad, it’s very loud. The food was delicious however, if you can overlook the other flaws.
