Plenty of beer on tap (and listed by style which was nice) along with cocktails and wine. I had a flight and enjoyed every pour. There was no kids menu, but my son had the 3 cheese mac. It was just the right size for a kid (but maybe not enough for an adult). We also got the pizza which was tasty. A nice firm crust with quality toppings. The menu has several different varieties of mac n cheese as well as pizza options. There are also salads (which looked huge from nearby tables) and wings. They also mention a gluten friendly crust, but when I asked our server it seemed to be like a store bought (Udis type) crust (for anyone who needs that type of thing).

We love Crafty Chameleon! There is plenty of seating between the inside of the restaurant and the patio. We sat on the patio in the covered section. Our server was wonderful and attentive. Nathan and I split a signature pizza. On my half, I got the Deluxe which includes, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Nathan’s half was the Cosmo’s Chicken, which included a sweet and spicy bbq sauce, smoked chicken, red onion, scallions, guda and mozzarella. I absolutely love their wood fire pizza, the crust is very crispy, yet light and airy. I did get a side salad, which was okay, the lettuce could have been better as it was romaine and had big hard chunks. Probably would not spend the $5 for this salad again, but I was starving!
Our go to beer is usually Blue Moon, however, since they brew their own, we opted for the Orange Wheat. This beer was very sweet and had a full citrus flavor.
Highly recommend this restaurant, next time I will be trying their wings!

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. We waited a long time upon arrival for the host to even notice us, but thankfully our wait for a table wasn’t long. Unfortunately the service wasn’t great. Our waitress took forever to visit our table, never refilled waters, and charged us for beers that she never brought to the table, even after we flagged her down and reminded her multiple times. We waited for 30 minutes after asking for the check and ended up just paying for the extra beers because we didn’t have time to wait another 30 minutes for it to be sorted out.

Stop for the first time on Sat 14. Pizza was fantastic, the oven came from Italy. McKenzie was really good at her job . The salads or a bit small for the price, pizzas are at good price for quality, ( you’re not at Papa Johns). Beer was very good had the 90 Shillings. Sat on patio such a nice day !!Only bad thing we live 45 miles away. Would go back again thou.

Fun atmosphere, good food, biggest beer selection I’ve found in the southwest part of the county. They brew their own beer too, and it’s decent though average, but the guest bottle and tap selection, as well as the wings and pizza, are really the star of each visit.

We shared a couple beers while waiting on our food. Ordered the specialty pizza of the day, pulled pork, BBQ sauce with gouda, and lemon pepper wings. The pizza was tasty, although very light on the meat topping. The price was twice what I normally pay. The wings were excellent, but a little heavy on the salt. Overall I enjoyed everything but too pricey for a regular visit. This place is too far from home for me but worth visiting if you are in the area for a large beer selection as well as the fancy pizza oven. We enjoyed our free beer and cider through Pub Pass, but paid for it in the end, lol.

I want to love it, but I don’t. The pizza crust is well cooked, but lacking that yum Factor. Seems healthy was instead the main purpose.
The sweet chili wings are amazeballs. Beer selection is off the charts. We got the meatball pizza, sauce is well cooked, cheese is great, i just can’t get over the crust taste.
Oh and skip the smores or other desserts. The crust was hard to crew, didn’t eat but a bite, and was not asked if there was a problem.

Great for: couples, groups, families with little kids, craft beer lovers, wood fired pizza lovers, sports enthusiasts, and more! — my husband, toddler, and I first visited April 2022 and have returned at least once every 2 weeks since then. Most recently, tonight (July 9, 2022). Service is always friendly. Sometimes, it is a bit slower than we would like, for keeping a 2yo happy, but mostly that’s the nature of wood fired pizza. If we say we’re in a hurry (close to bedtime, for example), they always react promptly. In the time that we’ve been visiting, their has been a Dramatic increase in the number of families with littles. They were awaiting a delivery of more high chairs about a month ago, but I think they must have received them now, because there were already kids at tables when we arrived, but they still had 1 regular height high chair and 1 (amazing!) bar table height high chair available. Today, our server was Abby, and she was wonderful, but we have been served by at least half of their staff since April, and all have been great! We are big fans of their flights ($11 for 4 pours) and their pizza (toddler approved)! We haven’t ordered anything else so far. When dining inside, they have many TVs, often tuned to local sporting events, but with the audio set to oldies or contemporary music, so regular visitors can have a good time too. It’s loud enough inside that when our toddler gets rambunctious, no one minds, but not so loud that I cannot hold a conversation with my family. Despite my natural inclination to trying new things, this has absolutely become my comfort zone: a place where we know we’ll have a great meal and a great time!

We came to the Crafty Chameleon as part of the Pizza Passport for 2022, and it is definitely a must try! First, the location is really spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. The resturant is also decorated extremely well which makes it really easy to relax and enjoy your food.
Now, to the food and drinks. They have an impressive selection of beer, which includes draft, bottles, and cans. We were able to snag two German beers which were incredible.
As for the pizza, it’s wood fired with incredible ingredients and you can definitely taste the quality. As for the cheese bread, this is a pizza unto itself, so definitely get this to share. If we’re ever back in the Ellisville area, this will be our place to stop!
