The Craft Room DELIVERED! We had a large party of maybe 15-20 people as we were wrapping up after an event. The bar has a modest selection of beers on tap, as well as a variety of wines. We ended up ordering the fish and chips, the smash burger, the chips with French onion dip, AND an artichoke dip. The fish and chips was delightful, and the batter was fresh, giving it a crispy texture. Normally I am less of a fan of smashburgers since I like my meat medium-rare, but wow! This was a generous portion size, stacked high with two patties, and oozing with cheese. But while the dinners were great, the appetizers were show stoppers. Apparently they make the chips and dip in house??? And it tastes AMAZING? Perfectly crispy, and the dip creamy and flavorful. The pita chips for my artichoke dip were a little overdone but the dip was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cheesy. Delicious from start to finish! Service-wise, they were pretty fast and attentive. It is a hotel restaurant so no elaborate decor, just chic, modern, and simple.

The restaurant was inside The Sheraton hotel where we were staying. We got in early Friday evening and didn’t feel like going back out so this was great. The buttermilk chicken sandwich was great. My son enjoyed the smashed burger. They had a good selection of Non-Alcoholic beer to choose from as well. There was also a breakfast buffet that you get through the Sheraton, which was good.

im used to a small menu of some kind for at least some guidance … one drink was $14 and for me thats kind of a lot i know i dont get out much. but the variety available was good.

Ordered a yogurt parfait and felt it was a bit lacking, a bowl of yogurt with maybe two or three chopped strawberries, no granola, which I was disappointed by. Price is expensive, as is expected from a hotel restaurant so I wasn’t surprised. They initially tried to charge me $12 for this parfait, when it was listed as $7, but when I brought this up it was fixed, so no complaints there. The server, I believe her name was Eyeleta, was kind and accommodating. Atmosphere was just fine.

It took over an hour for us to get our dinner, and the restaurant was not even busy. There was only one person on staff who was dealing with both the bar and the restaurant.

Valarie the bartender/server was AMAZING!!! Kind, pleasant, and attentive
Long Island iced teas, cheese curds, and bbq chicken flatbread were so fire. Highly recommend
One suggestion to the owner is to put more signs to direct customers to the bar/food area, we got a little lost in the hallway

Worst customer service period! People seated after us were served and gone before we even ordered! One waiter refused to serv us. The bartender had to come take our orders. Food was wrong orders etc… Shipping my girlfriends son to Marine boot camp and this was the last meal he gets to eat with us!? Great impression Craft Room! You ought to be ashamed of yourself!
