We all went here as a family for breakfast yesterday morning and we had a great server and the food was good. The skillet was yummy. The crepe was so good and the fruit was fresh. Everything came out hot and quick. They say they have sourdough but debatable…maybe sour dough sandwich bread but not real sour dough. Coffee is average but overall I’d come back!

Food was ok. I enjoyed the salmon Pattie’s, but the eggs seemed small for ordering “3 large”. Hashbrowns were ok. I’d say if you’re looking for decent diner food this is the place, but not if you’re looking for something a bit more tasteful. Nonetheless fine.

love this place for breakfast and lunch. I recently drove over 30 minutes just for the chicken caeser wrap and omg it was better than the last time I had it, I think? Lol I don’t know or care but it was my second time enjoying this meal and it was everything I built it up to be. The staff is so amazing, friendly helpful and always so nice. Many many thanks to the chefs cooking this amazing food. I can go alone for lunch or breakfast date with my wife or even take my entire family for a weekend breakfast. Will continue to visit and tell everyone how good this place is. PS add yourselves on social media and Google maps for more views and access

I will never again eat here. We spent a lot to have it delivered and this is what we got. Which was extremely surprising based on their reviews. It makes me wonder if their reviews are legit. When I called the restaurant they told me to call the delivery service and that they do not give refunds. The boxes were filled with burned potatoes. They even sent the wrong drink.
Order from here and you’ll get bag full of potatoes and disappointment.

Very popular, busy brunch spot.
Not a ton of parking during peak hours.
Just absolutely phenomenal menu variety with everything from traditional breakfast to sweet or savory.
Fast service getting food with great portion sizes. I haven’t had a bad thing yet here. I don’t think it exists.

Firstimer. Ordered the veggie skillet. To my surprise, the eggs are not cracked shell eggs. This was rather disappointing as I do not eat liquid or powder eggs and they were not advertised as such. The potatoes were hard and over cooked. The food also missing flavor and seasoning. The meal was not edible for me and I could not eat it. The service was nice as they were friendly and attempted to replace but I was not interested.

Food was pretty good. We got the Catfish with cheese grits and eggs. The Catfish was really Catfish and not Swai..bonus for that! However, the grits were mushy which was disappointing.

If you are at all on the fence about this place, just go! Such yummy French toast and chicken and waffles are amazing. We got the graham cracker French toast and it was a thing of beauty, I would recommend getting the chicken and waffle sliders because they have eggs and bacon. The service was quick and polite I swear they had our table set up before we walked in even though they were very busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews they are just cranky people 🙂

Today I ordered takeout from the Cracked Egg in Grosse Pointe. 2 omelettes and 1 waffle and when I went to check my order to see if my food was right I found a hair on my to go container. That’s very nasty and it turned my stomach. When I went back into the restaurant to tell them about it they were very rude and did not offer to fix the issue in any way. In fact they took the box back to the kitchen and just put the same food in a new container and put more gravy on top to make it seem like they remade the food. They also asked for the food back that I ordered since I requested a refund. Although the hair I found was small it’s still extremely unsanitary and that could’ve came from someone’s nose or any other part their body. 0/10 would not recommend. Do not patronize this business.
