First time here. I ordered a pound of head on shrimp (crab shack style) mild and it had a lack of flavor. Upon eating my shrimp I found a hair on my one of my shrimps. I told my server and she said she would give me a discount so I was cool with that but also was a little grossed out and didn’t want to finish the rest of my food so me and my son wrapped it up. As I go to pay a $5 dollar discount was applied. $5 DOLLARS OFF!? Really? I was expecting a little more then that or another bag of shrimp especially for the price I paid. I felt they did not care at the fact there was a hair in my food. Definitely won’t be going back to this place again.

we were quickly seated and tended to by the waitress. we had a few minutes at the front counter to look over the menu so we already knew what we wanted. i ordered the 1 pound of shrimp w/ the head attached. i went with the ‘medium’ heat and it was just the right amount of heat but i should’ve went with the spicier one. i’d like to come back and try another one of their seafood dishes. the cajun fries as a side order was a great portion size as well.

Really friendly staff. The blueberry lemonade is really refreshing, you definitely want to try it, especially on a really hot day. It’s a really cool place to go have dinner with your loved ones on those days you just don’t feel like cooking. My girlfriend loved her sandwich; I think it was the gumbo sandwich(with shrimp). I loved my shrimps but would have loved them a lil bit more spicy. I loved the fact that it didn’t take forever to get service and all. Thumbs up.

Family of 4 – ordered combo#1, clam chowder, crab shack fried shrimp w/ fries
Combo #1 – 3 out of 5
We chose clam, shrimp with head on, and crawfish. It came with two corns( looked like one corn cut in half), four potatoes( probably two red potatoes cut in half), and some sausages. I think I will just get two pounds of shrimp and crawfish if I were ever to get this combo again. We got mild but it was a bit spicy for kids and too garlicky( too much chunk of garlic).
Clam chower- 1 out of 5
For 10.99 and the portion was just so tiny. There were hardly any clams but lots of celeries. I cannot believe I paid $11 for this “clam” chower.
Crab shack fried shrimp with fries – 4 out of 5
Probably the best from what we ordered. Fries tasted good, not soggy or tasted oily. There were like 6 fried shrimp that didn’t need any more seasoning.
FYI, if there are 6+ people in your group, they add a gratuity charge.

If I would be able to put no stars I will. I loved this place food is good service was great until yesterday. My go to combo is #2 when I get home I realized I am missing my snow crab legs called the restaurant to let them know about the issue phone doesn’t ring just giving me some bogus error message. It was 9:20 they close at 10. What a coincidence phone is not working. Decided to drive out since I was not able to speak to anyone over the phone. Here I go waisting another 20 min to drive out there let Employee LIZ know I didn’t get my order right she now makes me wait even more because she needs to call her manager because she “can not be giving food away”. Give food away ? I paid for my order and did not receive it correctly let her know she can watch footage as I am just trying to get my order correct to feed my family and now they are delaying my dinner due to their ignorance after almost 10 min of calling her managers she wants to apologize and offer fries and beer. I did not take the offer I don’t need no fries I bought some myself a beer who wants to drink a beer after such inconvenience. I am not asking for free food I just want what I ordered. I finally get my crab legs 20 min later. By the time I got home 1 hour later food was cold ugh really not the dinner I had planned. Customers are paying over 100$ for food the least we can get is our order right and not get questioned instead of apologizing and making it right. I will have to think twice now about ordering took and extra look hour to get my dinner correct.

Such a great experience here. Our server which I didn’t get her name sadly was so sweet kind and accommodating!!! The food was good nothing to rave about though simple and normal bagged seafood, but the service was so on point I’ll be back!!! Such an easy place to have a family gatherings or birthday party dinners. I plan to try the other meals they have on their menu. So far I would recommend this place.

The atmosphere is great and decor is cool. The whole place is super welcoming. The staff was super nice and constantly came back to see if we needed anything else. The food was amazing. Great Cajun flavor. I had the Fish and chips they tasted much better than most of the other places I’ve had it at.

Went later on a Friday night and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent. We were checked on frequently but not to the extent that we felt intruded on. The prices are fair, and the combo deals are worth the money if you have more than two people. The food was pretty good, but I’ve had better at similar restaurants, the only real reason for not receiving 5 stars. I would recommend this place and plan on going back.
