The food was delicious!!! They did not disappoint. I had Arya Seafood pasta with a side of braised kale. Very flavorful and portion size was sizeable. My wife had Crab cake sandwich with Caesar salad. Crab cake was very flavorful and my wife didn’t use the sauce that came with sandwich. Crab cake was all lump. My son had fried shrimp with homemade potato chips seasoned with Old Bay. He also had a side off sweet potatoes.The shrimp were seasoned well and the sides were tasty also. He is a very picky eater. I will definitely be visiting again. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. They put time and effort to make a really good meal.

This was my 1st time ever coming here. I have always seen photos and just had a taste for a crab cake egg roll. I ordered over the phone and got there 20 min later. I wasn’t greeted upon entering even though the guy at the desk looked at me. He was engaged in making drinks. I paid, got my bag and left. I admit, my fault lies in not checking the box before I left. When I got home and looked in the box, I only had French fries. They weren’t even crispy or good. I had to call and the explain myself multiple times before the guy said to come back and get what I really ordered. When i got there, the food was ready and tasted very good when I tried at it home. I’m not going to say I wouldn’t eat here again. The food was seasoned very well and the “duck sauce” with the rolls were spicy by very good. Overall…It’s just the principle of this is my 1st time experience and had to drive all the way back because the order was initially wrong. Moral of the story: Always check the box before you leave!!

Crab Queen is one of my favorite “go-to” restaurants for lunch and dinner. The portion size NOW is like ordering a “kids meal.” I ordered three seafood platters on Christmas Eve and when I picked up my order I couldn’t believe the portion sizes. As my receipts will identify, I added another Caesar Salad and crab cakes to my order to adequately feed my guests. Menu stated JUMBO crack cake, that’s false advertising. You want me to continue to support your Black-owned business, play fair with your loyal customers. I totally understand restaurants was hit hard financially during the pandemic, that’s the reason why I order from local Black-owned restaurants daily. Happy Holidays!

Portion size is pretty good. Flavors were all there but texture and consistency was not! Thickest cream of crab soup I’ve ever had, like too much roux was used in it. Made the soup less enjoyable so that’s a lil disappointing.

The Queen Grilled cheese is awesome. It’s filled with shrimp and crab. Best seafood grilled cheese I’ve had in MD.
I also got the the soft shell crab sandwich. The crabs were a nice size and very juicy. The downfall was, it was too much breading for a soft shell crab and it needed more old bay seasoning. I was told this was just added to their menu so hopefully they will tweak it in the near future.
I will still go back soon to try the crab cake

I’ve been a supporter of this business since they opened, but this was the last time I’ll be dining at Crab Queen. There food just doesn’t have the same quality or taste as when they first opened. I always order potato salad every time. As I’m eating my food, I touch something very hard with my fork and turns out it’s a water bottle cap… How would that get there??? No idea. We called to let the restaurant know, the first person we spoke to just said let me get someone else. The second and final person we spoke to didn’t help much either, just made excuses about how they do not drink on the line as we hear laughing and carrying on in the background… She asked if we wanted to come back and they give us a replacement, but why would I want more food that’s clearly contaminated and not handled with care. I had already returned home and it’d be inconvenient to return to the restaurant. After we explained she just said sorry and offered no other solution. No refund or nothing. And the call ended.
Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering anything from Crab Queen or recommending them to anyone.

I ordered the Crab Pretzel. It was full of crab meat and cheese, and I like how they split the pretzel in half and stuffed it with crabmeat and cheese. I kept tasting something like mayo it was tart; I couldn’t identify what sauce was on the crabmeat and cheese but it threw me off. I was so mad cause I couldn’t finish the pretzel. But the presentation was amazing!

Ordered wings through an Uber promotion…they were fried so hard that they were bare edible and lacked any flavor despite being honey old bay wings…lesson learned

Delicious! Ordered a crab egg roll and the Pasta Aarya special. Both great portions and tasty. Friendly staff and food was ready on time. Will be back!!
