⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We finally made it to The Crab Man plus, LLC and are happy we did!! We had a little bit of everything ( I think) combining a platter and adding some extras. Everything was so flavorful and amazing!! the snow and Dungeness crab were both so tender and sweet, shrimp were nice size and cleaned, sausages full of flavor, the potatoes and corn not over cooked but seasoned to perfection. They have 2 sauces and the lemon pepper ( my favorite) was out of this world! My family loved the regular butter sauce which would also take you to flavor town. Next time they are in your area stop by, give them a chance- YOU WON’T regret it!!

Finally had Crab Man Plus come to a spot close by my house, so decided to check it out. They were at the frogs on magnolia beach road on Friday, 1/30/26. I got the family platter with an extra cluster of sno crabs to make it 8 clusters total. I waited 2 hours on the dot from the time I got in line til I got in my car with my order. The flavor on everything was SO good. BUT, every time I’ve ever had sno crab clusters, they’ve peeled super easily. I’m usually able to break the big part of the leg in two, and pull a big chunk of meat out. I was very disappointed with how my snow crab clusters peeled. When I broke the big part of leg in the middle, there were only two legs on all 8 clusters that peeled how it should have. With the rest of them, I had to take scissors and cut through the shell and then scoop the meat out with my fingers. Shrimp, corn, sausage, and potatoes were excellent. No complaints. But I wouldn’t stand in line for two hours again, just to have sno crab clusters that don’t peel how they should.
Edit: Response to the owner. I never said I was missing crab legs.. I said that out of all the crab legs I got, only two peeled like I felt they should have (break the middle part of the leg and have big chunk of meat to pull out).. Flavor on everything was excellent though

Not only are the owners amazing, the food is always seasoned and buttery good! They treat you like family and feed you like family! It’s big portions and you get what you pay for. The butters and seasoning are far from bland and have the perfect balance. The crabs and shrimp are fresh and cooked to perfection!

Updating my review- Of course when i saw CM+ was going to be near by again recently, I ran there after work. I was kinda late so there were limited options. Even with that i still left with a smile on my face. They’re truly the best crew!!

Me and my boyfriend have eaten at this local food truck for almost 2 years now. The best snow crabs you will ever eat! That cajun garlic butter is TOP NOTCH!! Service is always fast & Staff is Very Friendly and patient! We love The Crab Man Plus!

I have visited The Crab Man Plus food truck multiple times at the Franklinton location as well as the Ponchatoula location! My daughter and I absolutely LOVE the snow crabs, shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes!! We love the spicy flavor with the season on top!! Nothing goes to waste! Ever! Great food and very friendly service! Can’t wait until they are back in my location! ❤️

Make sure you get in line EARLYYYY cause just smell be drawing people in. I got the family seafood platter with some added clusters, extra sides, lobsters tails and everything. All of it was delicious. The lobster tails, Dungeness crab, and potatoes were definitely our favorites. We waited an hour and a half in line and i believe it wasnt just well worth the wait BUT i would do it all over again baby;)

The food is amazing and a great price! The staff is amazing always lovely people. Service is usually pretty quick after you order. I always get there early to try and get a free plate! The sides are almost better than the crab! My only issue is they don’t come around enough!! Need them in Waveland more often!

We had the best little car date last weekend! Finally got to try you guys out! We grabbed us some big shots from our local convenience store and drove 45 mins out! We are originally from the westbank so if ya know ya know! It was 100% worth the drive!! A good creole flavor going on! The flavors were smoky, buttery, flavorful, and a tiny bit of spice. We got the XL platter to share and it was perfect! Everything was amazing from the crab, to the shrimp, to the sausage, & even the corn!! They ran out of potato so we got extra corn and it was the perfect bounce between sweet, savory, little spicy! We just had a dance of flavors going on the whole time! Needless to say our date was spent in silence until it was all gone! Haha definitely check em out if they pop up in your area or heck even with a little drive!

If New Orleans Mardi Gras had a flavor, this would be it. The crab legs were rich and seasoned just right, the corn soaked up all that goodness, and the sausage, potatoes, and shrimp tied everything together perfectly. Every bite felt like standing in NOLA during Mardi Gras with music playing and flavors everywhere.
