We were in the area for a few days and decided to stop by for a seafood bucket. Along with an appetizer it took approximately 35 min to arrive at the table. In my opinion, the food was overpriced and wasn’t that great comparing to others in the area that we have been to and this might explain why it wasn’t busy on a Sunday night. Though, it does have a good view but other than that there’s nothing special. Overall, it deserves 2/5 stars in my view.

To whom it may concern,
Good evening, I am an unsatisfied customer who encountered discrimination at one of your locations. My husband and I visited your location on April 6, 2013 at approximately 6pm to celebrate our anniversary. After stepping into the restaurant, we were greeted and seated within a reasonable time frame. Our initial waitress, Jennifer, walked past us twice, not recognizing that we were there nor initiating any concern to assist us. My husband and I noticed that Jennifer greeted a couple that was there prior to us with beverages. We assumed that she was busy with other customers, so we waited patiently.
Twenty-three minutes had passed when we noticed that she greeted a couple who were being seated within five minutes. Still waiting an additional eleven minutes, we contacted another waitress from across the dining area to assist us. We asked this waitress (Yvette) was Jennifer our waitress and she responded, yes. We then noticed that Jennifer were only greeting and assisting Caucasian couples and patrons. My husband and I are African-American. Jennifer did not greet us, offer to neither assist us nor make any eye contact while my husband and I waited thirty four minute. We contacted the manager, Arin, who apologized and offered a free dessert.
I am a social worker in Miami-Dade County and am fluent on racism and prejudices. Your employee, Jennifer practices discrimination towards races that are not of Caucasian decent. After this hurtful experience, I wrote a blog on Facebook and two other African American couples have experienced the same thing from Jennifer. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at your restaurant and my husband’s and I anniversary are now tainted due to this experience. I look forward to contacting major news stations within Miami-Dade County to make sure that other African Americans do not experience this vicious experience.

Sincerely,
M.S.

I have to agree with most people. WORST restaurant I’ve ever been in the US. Too expensive for the portions they served and it took almost an hour. Plus the food wasn’t either that good. Save your money and avoid that junk restaurant.
