My first visit at this location and LW wont b last. Unbeknownst to me, kind young man/Ervin opened tle door for me (on a cane etc )then took my food to car. So polite and when I got home I PIGGED OUT! food was sooooo good and just rite for my palette

I drove 3 hours just to try this seafood place. It was worth the drive. The food was delicious, I don’t care for shrimps but the shrimps were delicious. The only thing that wasn’t good was the corn it tasted like a cardboard box. I will be returning in the future.

The food was not hot when I got it. The cashier didn’t even ask what kind of seasoning. I ordered a half a pound shrimp no head combo it comes with corn, sausage, and potatoes. It was 10 shrimp in the bag 2 small round cut sausages yess only two pieces of sausages the size of a Quarter and one potato. This place use to better and I am upset when I looked at the food once I got home. Waste of money and time. Do not go here food was horrible.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS RESTAURANT HAS GIVEN ME FOOD POISONING. I DIDNT EVEN GET SEAFOOD THEIR FRIED FOODS ARE CONTAMINATED DOWN TO THE FRIES .

The fish was fried to perfection but had no taste at ALL. Not a drop of seasoning, even tartar sauce and ketchup didn’t help. The shrimp taste just like dirty water. I can say the waiter was really nice and attentive. The best tasting item there was the cocktail sauce. I will say thank you to the establishment for a tore up stomach and multiple trips to the bathroom ALL night and half of the next day! I will never go back there.

When , I tell you it’s the best place to go for seafood. I use to like the crab barrack in centerpoint but they don’t let you call in an order and u have to wait over a hour for food. I’m glad that they have The Crab Barrack at the Crossplex, food was even better than others.

Stephanie is wonderful! She made the experience for my daughter and I feel so special. She gave us her utmost attention from start to finish. She was so kind and made sure we ordered what we were hungry for! Very kind and professional. Made our time dining in enjoyable. The food was very delicious and worth the price. Heard multiple recommendations from around the area, and all were correct. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere, and even a boutique in the building to browse while eating with very cute selections. I have eaten here several times and usually the service and food are good. However recently when I went to pick up my order, I noticed it was sitting on the counter, and not behind the counter. That was because, the cashier, who was taking a personal call, had given the order to the wrong customer, who had left the restaurant with the food and later brought it back. The restaurant then proceeded to give me the food that had been out of their presence. Luckily another customer told me what had occurred so I requested that my order be prepared again or refunded. The cashier tried to insinuate that this was not a serious matter, and I should speak with the manager if I wanted a refund or a new order. The manager did state he would have a new order prepared, and I would like to hope that that is exactly what he did. But who knows for certain. I am not likely to order from there again for some time. Such unsafe practices are untrustworthy! Thanks again to the customer who warned me!
