Relaxed spot featuring marina views & seafood dishes, including a raw bar, plus steaks & sandwiches.

Beautiful location. We visited The Cove to watch the Christmas boats, and even though our reservation was after the parade, the harbor views were still stunning while we waited. The restaurant has a great atmosphere—I found the sushi counter a unique and impressive touch for a non-sushi restaurant, likely showcasing the freshness of their fish. We didn’t try the sushi this time, but the Poke Towers looked great for a future visit!
The food was excellent. My husband had the ribeye, and though we usually prefer our steaks without sauce, this one was cooked perfectly and the sauce actually complemented the meat well. I had the scallops as my main dish and they were superb. We added a side lobster to each of our main meals and the lobster was perfectly cooked. Appetizers were crab cakes. The crab cakes were phenomenal—not a “patty” with filler, but a perfect balance of crab.
For dessert, we tried the Ooey Gooey Butter Cake. Having had the original in St. Louis, it’s hard not to compare (St. Louis sets a high bar!), but it was a nice end to the meal regardless. Took an eggnog cheesecake and plit was eggnoggy so perfect for holiday prepping! I’m already planning my next trip back to try the seafood fondue—even if I have to convince my husband to give the cheese a chance!

We made a dinner reservation at The Cove and walked in to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for the night. The service was attentive from the start, making us feel well taken care of throughout the evening.
The cocktails were great and a perfect way to start the meal. When the food arrived, it did not disappoint. The Dijon maple cedar plank king salmon was absolutely delicious — rich, flavorful, and memorable. While the restaurant is definitely on the pricier side, the quality of the food, drinks, and overall experience made it worth it.
We visited in December, and the cold weather meant we missed out on fully enjoying the marina view. Still, it was easy to imagine how perfect this place would be in the summer, sitting outside, enjoying a great meal with beautiful views of the water. It’s definitely a spot I’d love to return to when the weather warms up.

I made reservations for Sunday brunch to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We were seated by the window with a beautiful view. I had the crab Benedict and my husband had the crab and shrimp frittata. Both dishes were delicious, not overly salty and a just right portion. We each had a glass of champagne, followed by a hot espresso and a slice of eggnog cheesecake to split. The dessert was recommended and it did not disappoint. They included a candle to acknowledge his birthday. Overall a great place to celebrate and we plan on a return visit with family members.

EDIT: Quite spectacular!!! Special shout out to Chelsea, Kylie, and Gwen for going so far above and beyond to make our celebration just perfect! The Cove is not just an excellent restaurant with fantastic food and fabulous service, it is owned, run and staffed by just the very best people of all! ❤️
Great location, great food, really great service. Jennifer is a gem, friendly and helpful, the cocktails are unique and the food is yum! Pretty decorations for Christmas at the moment!

Nice venue on the river. The appetizers were good but everything else was just not as good as the cost. The drinks tasted good but were expensive ($13+) and weak (no alcohol). I had the fish and chips and was not impressed. They looked and tasted like frozen “fish sticks”. The seafood platter looked good but had crappy tuna. The place was not busy yet the service was slow and sporadic. I really wanted to like this place but I was, overall, disappointed. It was $97 per person(after dividing by 3). Two appetizers, 3 entrees, 1 desert, and 4 drinks. For mediocre food, it was over priced. The actual venue itself was lovely.

Deliciousness with a view!
Stopped in for dinner and was impressed was the experience start to finish. The hostess was immediately responsive to my questions about a food intolerance (gluten free for Celiac) and called over a manager to confirm who even offered to let me chat with the cook, which certainly did not felt needed.
The menu is well varied and had a number of appealing options that I could have. Opted for the salmon which was delicious and my server suggested the mouse (usually served in an edible basket of some sort but they adjusted for my needs) which was a great ending. The food all came out quickly and done right and even sitting at the bar, service was fast & friendly.
Stunning view of the Columbia out front with a nice walkway for an after dinner stroll.
Obviously really impressed!

Call for a reservation for 5:30 PM on a Thursday night was offered a high top in the bar and accepted when we got there. They had a booth available and recommended it so we took that no drinks we had just had water. We had a sushi appetizer that was very delicious avocado crab. I had the halibut fish and chips and my wife had the salmon pictures are below. The staff was very kind and very attentive. The food was hot and delicious delicious we were offered extra sauces and salt or pepper. We got a dessert to go and it was packaged very nicely with spoons in a bag not too pricey for fine dining with a tip it was close to $150 for two but again this was no drinks but a great atmosphere and prime dinner time. I would recommend this for a date first time anniversary birthday or anything in between.

This was our second time here and we will definitely be back. We showed up at 445 without a reservation and they seated us right away. Some of the food was amazing but not all of it. The halibut and the chilled seafood sampler were great (especially the house smoked king salmon). The shrimp were delish but could have been cooked in some spices like mustard and celery seed. The focaccia wasn’t cooked all the way but still very yummy. Sadly, we had a Cove salad that was listed on the menu as field greens but was almost entirely romaine – which I had told the waitress that I cannot eat. The biggest issue was that the crab was disappointing – it was abundant (never a good sign as they are trying to get rid of it), fishy and old and I might have seen some ‘k’ crab in the mix.
I’m already looking forward to the next meal there but we will ask what’s freshest when ordering next time or stick to the halibut and sampler.

Beautiful location! Perfect for special occasions or a fancy night out. The food was delicious!! I’m still dreaming about the dessert. The brittle was so perfectly thin that it melted in your mouth but also had a nice crunch, while paired with the smooth ice cream and toppings. Divine. The main courses were also cooked beautifully.

This place is certainly a hidden gem! Was recommended by a friend to give them a try because of the seafood. I have to say, we are very picky eaters and especially when it comes to seafood. This place set the bar in Clark County! We got the cove platter to share with our friends, everything on it was great. Our group favorite was the Crab Cakes for sure! I got the parmesan crusted halibut and it was unlike anything I have had before. The halibut was perfectly cooked, and the filet had a beautiful crust. Just the right amount of crunch. My husband got the seared Ahi and was very happy with the cook on it, he also go a lobster tail and was very happy with the presentation. We had a table of 4, were not shy about what we ordered and our table total was just under $400 with drinks and the tip. That made it about $100 per person, which for that quality and atmosphere I feel is such a great deal. I highly recommend this place. If you have a special event be sure to make reservations well in advance. It’s popular and when we tried to go back for Valentines Day it was fully booked, which shows how amazing it is.
