Great customer service!! Friendly staff, drinks are made quick…it’s also a Monday evening and there aren’t many people at the pool. Food was fast and delicious! The chicken nachos were great and the cheese never ran out. The fish street tacos could’ve used some zip and there was no additional sauce to help out. Will definitely stop back throughout the week!

Our daughter arranged a dinner cruise on the Sanibel Harbour Princess Yacht–for all 10 of us!! I had read someone’s unfavorable review online and wasn’t expecting much. Pre-dinner appetizers and drinks were available on the upper deck. My mother-in-law has limited mobility but we were invited to sit in the dining room for appetizers instead of having her go up stairs. The dining room was set up very nicely, and was attended by very helpful servers. We’ve cruised quite a bit so our standards tend to be high. We all were pleasantly surprised. The boat was well-tended and very clean. The ride around the surrounding islands was relaxing. Though very hot outside, the air conditioning inside was welcome. The food selection and quality was excellent, with a beef tenderloin that absolutely melted in your mouth. After dinner we were treated to coffee and a terrific selection of desserts. We had a wonderful time!!

We booked this dinner cruise while on vacation for our anniversary. It was a last minute idea, but I am so glad we did! The Marriott hotel is beautiful, I wish we would have gotten there early so we could enjoy that a little longer. The staff, food, and entire dinner cruise experience was phenomenal. The food was delicious. I am still dreaming about that teriyaki salmon and crab mac & cheese.

Took the family for the Mothers Day brunch, what a disappoint. The AC worked intermittently, a problem they were already aware of, on a 92 degree day. The boarding process was disorganized at best, as there was no one place to check in. The computers on the boat broke so after the cruise we all got to stand in line in the bar to pay. The food was not bad. Most of the staff was nice but one older lady had an attitude like we were sheep, not guests. The experience falls far short of the cost.

Absolutely the best dinner/cruise ever!!! Captain Kevin was so warm and welcoming. Helen and the rest of the crew were so attentive and efficient! The food was to die for!! My fiancee and I are interest in having our wedding on the Princess. I’m confident that it would be a very memorable occasion . I know my guests would be impressed!

Not worth the $. The AC was broken so we were all trying to go out on the deck of the boat to get cooled off…it is May in SW Florida 92 degrees…not fun when ur sweaty and trying to maneuver around other guests on the boat. Service not great, lack luster food and atmosphere
