My partner and I have been going to Courtyard Bistro for years, and I have been meaning to leave a review for some time now.
The food is consistently delicious, generously portioned, and always evolving for the better. The staff are genuinely friendly and truly take care of you. If you visit often like we do, they remember your name and even your favourite drinks, which makes every visit feel personal and welcoming.
We rarely go anywhere else in the Valley because the consistency here is unmatched. The atmosphere is comfortable, never overly crowded, and always filled with great energy.
Hands down, our favourite place to eat out. Highly recommend. We absolutely love it

A gem of a place. Made my reservation online and they followed up to confirm. Julianna was our server and she was funny, accommodating and just had a great energy about her.

Came here last night to celebrate my husband’s birthday before he leaves for deployment and it was amazing!!! The food was really really delicious, and our server was so lovely!!! We will 100% be back!!

We came here for our wedding anniversary and it was our first time. The ambiance was absolutely beautiful. The Christmas trees and the lighting was very mood enhancing. We enjoyed the pork belly bites, which were to die for. I wanted to drink that sauce, it was just so good. My hubby enjoyed the pasta special that was offered this evening and I enjoyed the short ribs. We shared the sugar cookie cheesecake, and it was absolutely incredible and we also tried the crème brûlée. The whole meal from start to finish was amazing and our waitress Amanda was so accommodating and so kind and had the most welcoming energy. We can’t wait to come back and try more of your delicious food. Thank you for having us we now have found our go to restaurant for date night.

The portions are generous. The risotto had a good texture, the rice was slightly hard in the center. The seasoning was a balanced mix of sweet and savory, and more black pepper would improve it. The shrimp in the risotto were perfectly cooked, springy, and slightly translucent, indicating freshness.
The gnocchi was tasty too.
The drinks were also good, with beautiful presentation.

It’s very nice to have a restaurant like this in Pembroke!!! Wow never disappoint… the food, the service and the waiters are always on point. Took out of town friends and work visitors there and they always leave happy. Prices are fair as well. The popcorn idea while you wait for your food is cute and unique very nice. The chefs daily special pasta is 10/10 tries three different ones at different days and no complain. Now the cheesecakes.. all I can say it’s a dangerous cheese cake place. You will be addicted in no time. Fresh and made daily. Enjoy your food here but the cheese cake is a must for dessert to leave happy with a big smile

When we showed up this place was surprisingly nice. We sat outside and the atmosphere was fantastic. They have a separate vegan menu which is really nice. Unfortunately they were out of all the vegan appetizers when we were there . As well as all the flatbread dishes. The drink menu is massive and the ones we had tasted great and had some excellent fresh ingredients. The dishes we had were all excellent.

We have dined here multiple times, myself, friends, my family. The servers are excellent. The food is phenomenal. This is my go to for a special dinner the manager and all of those people you meet are wonderful.

Superb cuisine, lovely atmosphere, great staff. A Gem. We had a simple dinner that vastly exceeded expectations. Bistro salad (small) came in a bushel…practically. Great combo of veggies.A simple flatbread was elevated by incredible tomato jam, brie, excellent bacon and fresh walnuts. Coconut cream cheesecake — outstanding. Well done!
