I like this cute restaurant in my favorite shopping center. Almost everything is 10 out of 10. The counter burger was super delicious I love the taste of the burger, also they serve all the sauces on the side which is my favorite style. Hot wings plate can be a perfect size of meal portion not only a appetizer. I like peach fresca refreshing drink but a little bit sweet. Shakes are delicious too. The servers are super nice.

I was visiting the area for business and asked where I might find a great burger. The Counter was recommended by several people. I was impressed! I had a simple BBQ bacon cheeseburger that was well prepared with a great BBQ sauce. I ordered the 1/3 pound and it was more than enough! Our server was on point and the food was timely with drinks never left empty. The place was a little louder than I like at lunch, but that could have been due to a daytime sporting event that I wasn’t aware of. Overall, an exceptional place for a burger!

I have always loved the counter. They have tons of toppings that are piled on. They have one of the best vegan patties I’ve eaten in a long time. This time, I got the impossible protein half pound. Good environment, good service, and good prices for the amount of food you get. Definitely would recommend to vegans, vegetarians, and carnivores as well.

Amazing atmosphere, great service that is quick and attentive, delicious food with options to satisfy both carnivores and vegetarians! Also, highly recommend the milkshakes especially when you blend together cookies n cream, cookie butter, and graham crackers for a mouthful of cookies explosion!

My family and I have eaten a few times at the Counter in Ladera Ranch, and we always enjoy the delicious burgers and shakes. I appreciated the server explaining how they cook their beef for the burgers, and that a “medium well” is actually more like “medium rare” in most places. Odd…but OK and she was right. I ordered medium well and it was pink in the center and not cold – they way I like it.
I would have given more stars except for the fact that the staff was very anxious to shut down for the night. We finished our meal around 8:00 on a Sunday evening. Mind you, the restaurant is open until 9:00 pm! We should have still had an hour to sit together and socialize, but by 8:05 the team was stacking the chairs on the empty tables, turning off the TVs (we were watching Sunday Night Football), and seemed to rush us through paying the bill. Granted, no one else was in the restaurant, but they were still open for another 45 minutes…who’s to say another customer wasn’t going to come in? It felt a little offputting and like we were inconveniencing the team working that night.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, great serving and the burgers, Caesar salad were delicious at the right price. I took the Caesar sause aside and it was perfect. We will come back for sure

Went here not too long ago. The burgers were cool and the customization options are nice, especially since they’re all nearly “free”. Unfortunately I found the food to be strangely cold. I did wait a while for my food so that may have been it, but it would have been much easier to enjoy with a warm burger.
Went with medium rare as well, which may contribute to the coldness. If I ever came again I’d go for well since it’s a burger not a steak.

I’m sad they got rid of the Juicy Lucy. This time I came during happy hour. It was pretty quiet.
I ordered their combo special with shoestring fries. They were just average, and I actually didn’t like their fries. So I ordered a separate side of sweet potato fries; I didn’t really like those either. So I ordered the Mexican Mocha. That was good! (Before the MM I had a 4 roses whiskey with coke and it was flat and below average).
I will be back to try their other items. I know they can do better. I think I just ordered the wrong items, but I still don’t like their shoestring or sweet potato fries. And trust me, I love me some French fries! They have a lot of happy hour specials of food and drink I want to try.

Great customer service and delicious food! The Bison burgers are the best! Juicy and tender cooked to perfection! The have options to get the burger over greens if you don’t want the bun. I’ve been there a few time and never been disappointed. The parmesan fries are extremely delicious! Buffalo wing are also excellent. Customer service is attentive and very friendly. So far great experience. We will definitely be back!

Visited recently and enjoyed the build your burger, with beef, mushrooms, onions, tomato and garlic aioli. My drink was a Stella Artois. My friend had a Black and Bleu burger. The service was friendly and attentive. The tab came to exactly $50 with tax and tip.
