Very good burgers!
Came here for some burgers with a buddy, and it was a great experience. Customized, very tasty, and plenty of food. Got some wings as an appetizer, also quite nice.
Staff was professional, and the location is great for a stroll after finishing your meal.

We heard lot about the counter burgers so we gave it a shot during the weekend for dinner. It was nice weather so we sat outside…good atmosphere.
Burgers and fries we ordered were okay however not too great. Seemed much of hype and also high on price point. Service can also be bumped up for some reason server seemed not to be happy to be there. Also for one of the burgers we ordered we were served the sandwich instead (Melt down).
There are decent and delicious quality burger joints with fries, salad and seasoning options included within the burger price. If you are in RTC one time visit is fine but I won’t be going back again.

First time here and loved it. Service was great. Food was incredible. Burgers were delicious. Nashville chicken was perfect. Wings were some of the best. Will definitely be back! One of the best burgers spots

Good burgers. My kids like these burgers over Bobby Flay’s burgers, but I prefer the latter. Great burger over Sonoma bowl, and also they gave me a military discount. Quick and attentive servers. Sloppy paint job on the chalkboard wall though. love downtown Reston; going back again.

First of all, the burgers took about an hour and a half to come out. It wasn’t just mine that arrived late, all the tables around me were complaining about their food coming out late as well.
Second, the orders for quite a few tables came out incorrect. Mine came out with different toppings that I didn’t order or want.
Third, the burger itself was cold when I bit into it. It didn’t taste like they just pulled it off the grill. The manager was walking around to every table apologising for the mistakes and giving free burger cards for the next visit.
Overall, interesting idea for a restaurant, lots of good menu options and the food looks good but terrible service and terrible quality for their high prices. I wouldn’t go here again.

Delicious and high quality burgers! We got the Counter Burger, Juicy Lucy, Bison is Gouda, and Nashville Hot. Sides were fries, onion strings, chili, and coleslaw. The coleslaw was not good (bland) but everything else was yummy. Server was also super friendly. Note that all the melted cheese slid/fell out the Juicy Lucy burger after it was picked up

Good food, a little confusing at first. The burger meat could use more salt. It didn’t really have a flavor, but the signature burgers were creative and the rest of the flavors combined well. I liked the idea of customizing anything. Oh and the drinks were awesome!

I don’t know how this place is rated so highly. Even for the cheap price point, there are many better options elsewhere. For a burger joint, I’d expect better than a frozen grade patty. My wife also ordered a chicken bacon club, but it didn’t come with any bacon. The parm cheese fries we ordered came with a clump of cheese microwaved(?) on top. Service was decent, but nothing can cover for the appalling food quality. 3/10 at least we didn’t get food poisoning.

My absolute favorite place for fries. They have the best Parmesan fries I’ve ever had. It’s an appetizer so the portion is great. The burgers were very good. The fried onions on top didn’t seem fresh and the person helping with our order wasn’t the best (took his time but said it was his first day).
