Popped in here while I was waiting for my DMV appointment as an out of town-er and wow! The food was fantastic, it was super clean and calm inside, and all of the staff was so kind and accommodating! I had a great experience and would gladly recommend Cornerstone Cafe to anyone stopping in downtown Gainesville!

What a cute and clean place to stop for food on our trip. Really loved the make-your-own omelette, French toast and crispy bacon and eggs. The biscuits and gravy were amazing! Staff was so friendly. Glad they had a pot of decaf too. I don’t usually get the option in places. Loved the stained glass and all the decorations. The fried pies looked delicious… we’ll have to stop and get one on our way back home.

Our first experience was great! The food was all homemade and tasted fantastic. The amount of food you got for the price was VERY generous! Cute decor and very “mom/pop” feel inside. We will definitely be back!

We stopped at this place yesterday as we had made the drive from Fort Worth. We had stopped once some years ago and found it have great food and service. That was not the case today? There was a sign at the door that told us to seat ourselves which we did? Then sat and sat, completely ignored. We saw other groups that came in after us get brought menus and silverware, but we were brought nothing or even spoken to? We got up and left! I gave the people at cash register a wave as we left. We will not be back here again!!!

$56 for four burritos and the order was all wrong. We were driving through and googled where to buy breakfast burritos and this restaurant had good reviews.
What a joke. They added potatoes to every burrito and the cost and taste is ridiculous! If I could, I would leave negative stars!

Love this place!!! Old Victorian style charm, historic structure with modern touches. Our server was sweet and friendly. Food is outstanding!! Hot, freshly made. Took a bit of time to get it, but then again we were hungry! Little pricey, depending on what you like, but worth it. Loved the fresh made pies, hand delivered while we were dining. Left with two of them still warm. They literally melted and oozed gooey goodness in our mouths. Don’t miss this place!

A mom & pop cafe with the friendliest staff and delicious food; just like mom’s cooking. You won’t leave hungry and if you are drinking soda you’ll probably leave with a to go cup. We stopped for breakfast and would highly recommend: it’s very evident this is the place to go for locals.

Another place that doesn’t care about quality and making sure you get what you order. My to go order had two separate things wrong with it so I had to wait while my food got cold to get the correct items. Very dissatisfied! Make sure you check your togo food, theyre not going to!
