Bar wasn’t overly loud for a Nashville Wednesday night and service was quick to provide food menus and get our drinks in. The fried pickles were great and stayed crunchy, served with a horseradish sauce, but went better with their ranch… The bartender provided both with the pickles, so see what you like!
Warning, their burgers are BIG! Were talking a half pound patty, plus all the extras. Their Porker had plenty of pulled pork on top with cheese nicely melted. Even their plain cheeseburger was exceptional. Their wings smelt amazing, sitting next to someone who ordered some… That’ll be for next time! Their onion rings are on the heavier side, so weren’t my preference, but if you like a good amount of breading, these are for you.
Parking is tight, but that can’t really be helped much.
1) The sausage and cheese plate will always be a table favorite. No matter the circumstances.
2) There will always be a lively (rarely too small) atmosphere of hard-hitting locals. Spark up a convo with anybody here and im sure you’ll find out they run a 7 figure business
and
3) the wings are a sleeper pick, top 5 ranking basket of some really solid wings.
+ they have good beer. This place is like an 05 Toyota. Durable, capable, and somewhere you can rely on.
First of all, no one ever answers the phone properly — it’s nearly impossible to get helpful information in advance. For a small local sports bar, you’d expect at least decent service and some sense of hospitality. But sadly, the staff could barely manage a greeting, let alone good service. The overall service was a zero.
Our server, Emily, was extremely rude and inappropriate. At one point, she aggressively threw a plate of food into the trash can right in front of me, then slammed the trash lid shut so forcefully that our entire group was visibly shocked. I was there only because friends had invited me — I would never return on my own.
Apart from the awful service and a meal that was just okay at best, the place was visibly dirty. Large bathroom cockroaches could be seen from multiple areas, which made the whole experience worse.
Just because it’s in Green Hills, don’t expect the quality to match the location. This place is only suitable if you’re planning to sit, drink cheap beer, and get drunk enough to not notice what you’re eating or where you are. Small, tacky, and lacking class.
I regret accepting my friends’ invitation. Maybe they had a better experience with a different server — but what I saw was unacceptable and I won’t be returning.
