While this seems to be a very popular place, I did not love it. Our food was ok., don’t think I will be returning. But. Others seem to really enjoy it…so maybe give it a try.

Busy place in downtown Griffin, we had 6 and got seated right away at 5:45pm on Thursday night, but it filled up quickly. Service is excellent, never had to ask for anything, staff was right there. Food was good, we had a variety, chicken fried steak liver and onions spring rolls burger wings biggest disappointment was the baked potatoes, they were old and hard, double probably should have sent them back. Salad was ok. I’d skip the cheese bread too. Tried a cupcake with strawberry buttercream frosting, really good. Chocolate layer cake not as good. Overall, excellent experience and above average food. Prices are ok.

Excellent food and huge portions! We had the chopped steak, liver with onions and gravy, and the ribeye steak, everything was delicious. For an appetizer we ordered the loaded potatoes with bacon, which were amazing.
The owner, Juan, is a dear family friend, and it’s great to see him and his family working together to make this such a wonderful spot in downtown Griffin. We highly recommend Corner Cafe! ️

Alex was our server for the evening and son of the restaurant owner. This mom and pop shop was small, but the food was amazing.
They even make gluten-free cakes upon request but have options every day.
I had the fettuccine Alfredo with blackened chicken. Gluten-free noodles, of course, but it was delicious.
Then I had the cobble salad with eggs, bacon, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
The best part of the salad was the homemade honey mustard dressing with real honey in it.
For dessert, I had the key cheese cakes with wow so good.
I will diffently be back for more in the near future.

We had a variety of menu items, gyro with fries, crispy bacon with fried green tomatoes sandwich, Reuben with soup and a chicken fried steak with soup. It was all hot and delicious. Good sized portions. Good value. Really good, friendly service. Our party of four enjoyed our meals without feeling rushed.

I highly recommend I have gluten issues and could eat almost anything on the menu(rare) and portion sizes were great (I had fish)and it was perfection. Staff worked so well together and efficiently and so nice. I look forward to coming back my dad is also vegitarian and they had great options (not as extensive but a good selection for that as well. I can’t recommend enough so many great things to say but left a lasting impression for our 1st time. Thank you al for an amazing experience. I’ve worked in the restaraunt industry for many years and am highly impressed. Also your sweets were beautiful and great presentation.

I had some time to spare and decided to stop in for a quick breakfast. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted from across the restaurant and invited to sit wherever I liked. One employee brought over a menu and silverware, and the server followed shortly after to take my drink order. It is almost surprising how rare that kind of prompt service has become, but it was a great start.
I ordered the fresh squeezed orange juice, which was both very good and refreshingly cold. For my meal, I went with a classic American breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, toast, and home fries. The food came out incredibly fast and exceeded my expectations, especially considering this stop was unplanned.
Start to finish, I was in and out in under 20 minutes with a great meal and great service. I was genuinely impressed.

This place is the quintessential neighbourhood cafe. It was so wholesome to see how most people knew each other. The food was absolutely amazing. We gad the breakfast scrambler and the key lime pie. We were passing by the town and happened to find the place but we’re so glad we did!

Oct. 6 was my husband’s birthday, he really wanted a cheesecake. We seen the pics on the Corner Cafe’s website and knew that looked delish!! We brought it home and OMG!!! It was better than we even expected!! The price was a little high but for my special guy’s big day, it really didn’t matter!! THANK YOU!!

Food was delicious and service was great. I placed a to go order when I got there. My only issue was that I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with home fries, but my wrap didn’t have buffalo sauce and my potatoes weren’t cooked enough. Otherwise, everyone’s food was great!
