I had an associate from out of town that wanted to have a pint after work. I am not from Winsted either and I don’t know the town. He was staying in the opposite direction of where I live. We decide to try a small town atmosphere and went to the Corner Bar. Wow was I surprised. A beautiful place, atmosphere, service and dynamite burgers. This place is a can’t miss. We were so impressed we went back the next day for lunch. Keep up the great work.

Saturday, late afternoon, Fall. Excellent service by the lone bartender/short order cook. We we’re a group of 9, didn’t call ahead, he was alone, and he handled our drinks and food orders without batting an eye. Superstar.

Fun little bar! Great selection of jello shots! Had a band playing! Only had a pizza, it was good and fresh, but normal basic pizza. (Nothing wrong, just not the best pizza ever) would definitely visit again!

Dont ever stay of you see the 2 male bartenders. They do not pay attention to anyone except the pull tab people. Literally sat for 31 minutes with an empty glass.

Came on a Friday night and customers who wanted pull tabs were served 1st and we waited over a half hour just to get refills and when we wanted to order more food and it felt like they were annoyed then we sat for another 30-40 mins to get our tab and honestly I’ve never had this experience here but I will always check to see who is working here before I come back
