Solid spot! Good wings at AJs in pennsville, Wilsons in Gibbstown and Mount Royal Inn in Clarksboro. All 3 no frills dive bars.

Pretty good local watering hole. Biker friendly with a nice atmosphere. Recommend the chicken sandwiches. The plates are disposable and could use a little better quality dishware. However, the tap selection is excellent.

So, this is definitely a dive bar.
There are some regulars, but also a lot of people traveling route 40 too. It’s a great place to stop and watch the game. Miller High Lifes are only 2 bucks, and they have darts.
The standing room is limited, but it rarely gets that busy. I’d say there’s only about 7 feet of room between the bar and the wall all the way around the bar – so it’s a small place.
The bartenders are nice and attentive, even when they’re busy.
There is a lot of take out traffic, so if you smoke, it’s a good place to interact with a flow of new people.
The food is decent, and the wings are pretty good – but… everything smells and tastes like old, unchanged grease/oil. Not only that, but the smell stays in your hair and clothes until you physically wash them.
So overall, if you can get past the grease odor, it’s a nice spot to chill and meet new people. I suppose it really is just a bar on the corner, nothing more.

Great local bar with what looks to be regulars but very welcoming to out of towners. Wings were amazing along with the sweet potato fries. Would definitely go back.

We went there years and years ago and it was fun. We popped in today and really enjoyed it there. First off the bloody Mary was made well and had just the right spice. The roast beef sandwich was great! The loaded Tater tots were delicious. We also enjoyed the fried pickles. Our bartender was sweet and attentive. It was worth the visit.

Was just there Saturday for lunch on the way home from a Friday wedding. I love dive bars and this is a good one! Tracy was awesome behind the bar and it was a cool welcoming atmosphere. Could have stayed there all day but had to safely cross that bridge . We’ll be back for sure.

If you go in with the mindset of “the local bar” then you’ll have a good time. Food is actually really good. Staff are friendly. Service is quick. Takeout beer prices aren’t the worst I’ve seen. Decent amount of parking as well.

This is mine and my girlfriend’s favorite place for lunch and a beer. Chili is amazing, and so are the wings. Tracy, the bartender, is very attentive to us and her other customers. Remembers our preferred deinks,as soon as we arrive.

If I could give a negative star I would. The food is sub par and the service REALLY sucks. If you’re not a regular (and why would you would be) you’re snubbed and over looked by the bar tenders. I’ve lived in this area for over 23 years, and I will not cone back here again.
