I have been to many places around the world. Bacon is a part of breakfast. I would rate the bacon here as F-. It had no and I mean no flavor. It tastes like it was flash fried. Which is not the way to cook bacon. I could be wrong but I am also a Chef. I had a BLT and I would not recommend it. My Husband had oatmeal and a side of bacon which he said was also not very good. I have also Managed a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I was also wait staff for Marriott and Holiday Inn. Maybe we picked the wrong items to eat because the place was very busy. So people enjoy something about this spot. Coffee was empty for a good 10 minutes and I know it was busy, but at breakfast there should be a bus person that just refills coffee in my opinion.

Lovely cafe. Came here for breakfast on a Friday morning and it quickly filled up around 9am. The service was absolutely great; friendly and attentive staff. Coffee and food was solid. Would definitely return.

When I post a review I like to be really honest about the whole experience, so here’s my feelings about my visit… we arrived at the cafe and parked relatively close. Perhaps we were fortunate for the rainy day that parking was so easy I say this because the crowd to get in when we were leaving was relatively large. (Good sign)

Nice place to get brunch in Montclair. The food was very delicious. I had the pulled pork eggs benedict. Make sure you come early it can get crowded in the mid morning to early afternoon.

Love this place. However, one glass of Orange Juice is overpriced, they needvto change that.. But this is a busy place, and I love Boogy! It has that Montclate Feel and a diver a w customer base of Native Montclare Folk. Staff is friendly, quick, and attentive. Totally recommend for Sunday Brunch. On a summer day, get their early for a good seat. This place gets packed. The food is tasty, and the OJ is the absolute best fresh squeezed.

Absolute gem in town. Their omelets are ample and fluffy. They have La Colombe coffee which is my favorite roaster around here. Scones are fantastic. Check out this ginormous breakfast sandwich- will keep you full past lunch time!
