Very knowledgeable Nutrition Coaches, friendly service and a fantastic menu of delicious healthy protein shake concoctions. Definitely a healthy and filling meal for breakfast and lunch especially when your shake order comes with a shot of Aloe Vera juice and a cup of delicious tea (hot or cold). I always leave The Core full and very satisfied. My Nutrition Coach has been great in helping me get on a healthy eating program which has given me more energy throughout my busy work day. The Core on Madera is great!

I walked in shortly after 7. Running late and there was one older woman working. She was nice however refused to sell me the tea concentrate. Told me to come back after work because she needed to know who my distributor was. Mind you, I was planning on making this my breakfast.
