The food quality is good considering it’s a hotel restaurant. It was convenient while I was staying here, though I’d likely choose other options if I weren’t staying at the hotel.

Solid hotel restaurant, food was pricey but well made, service is good if they’re not too busy. I’ve eaten here two nights: it’s quite comfortable, not too noisy, got very good cocktails. Food is very solid – it’s pretty standard hotel food, but everything was hot and tasty and not too “prefab”. Crab cakes are nothing life changing, but tasty. Pasta dish was creamy, not dried out, chicken was dry but well seasoned. Worth staying in for when you’re tired and don’t feel like venturing out.

Sorely disappointing. We came here last night for dinner. It took nearly 10 minutes for us to get noticed and seated, had to get up REPEATEDLY just to ask for a menu. Discovered a ginormous pink lipstick stain on the napkin–it’s like they didn’t even bother to wash it!! Forgot our order twice and had to wait over an hour for the entire service, and we are fast eaters!

Food and drinks were good. The service was a little slow, probably due to their sit where you want and we will come to you policy, but the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is terrific. Crab Benedict and salmon bagel is just excellent. Price is reasonable for the amount of the portions.

Paid $18 for the sweet potato hash for breakfast. I got a handful of potatoes and 2 fried eggs. How anyone can justify that price is beyond me.

Modern, comfortable atmostphere off hotel lobby. Attentive service. Well prepared food with good portion size. $20-40 per entree. Got heirloom lettuce salad very large with goodsized piece of salmon, very nicely done and could not finish.

I was there for a conference last week and had dinner there every evening. The food was great, the atmosphere was great and the service by Kidist K who happened to be my waitress every evening was AMAZING!

My family went here for Easter brunch. They were very helpful and accommodating of my dad, who uses a wheelchair. Service was fantastic and for $30, the brunch was pretty great. Made for you omelet station, fresh cream cheese and lox for bagels, and many other lunch and breakfast offerings, including prime rib. The rib was overdone, but other than that everything was great.

Made a reservation for 7:45am on Tuesday, 03/26 before a conference. I showed up to the host table and stood there for almost ten minutes without anyone coming to acknowledge me. I walked over to a security guard (tall guy, mid-40s looking) and kindly asked him where I should go about a reservation I had. He very sarcastically replied to me “well maybe you should go ask one of those servers wearing the black uniforms” then proceeded to turn his back on me. There were maybe three servers in sight in the dining room, and they were all rushing around paying not attention to people that weren’t at tables. I finally had to go interrupt a server that was at a table to ask them what to do about a reservation. They told me “they were sure” and walked away, finally returning with another server who replied “I’m not sure we have any tables left” even though I had made the reservation three weeks in advance. They found us a high top, thankfully. It then took almost another 10 minutes for a server to come to our table to take over order.

The saving grace was that the food was pretty decent.
