The best ice cream ever. So flavorful and delicious. I couldn’t decide between Key Lime Pie or lemon poppy seed so I had some of both. The lemon poppyseed was very good, but the Key Lime was amazing. Staff was very nice.

The ice cream is delicious, and they have lots of interesting flavors to choose from. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and offered us tastings of the different flavors to help us decide. Portion sizes were generous, and prices were reasonable. The key lime pie ice cream was outstanding! There are outside benches, and a couple of tables inside.

Nice little ice cream shop in town. Has some interesting ice cream flavors which was cool to see. The staff were friendly. You can get cones/cups or shakes here. Menu could use more dessert types like Sundaes with specialty options and blizzards, but overall would recommend stopping in for a treat while exploring the rich history of this city.

This is quite possibly the best ice cream we have ever had! How can you beat freshly-made on site? It’s insanely rich and creamy deliciousness in every bite. My husband and I both had the smores flavor and it tasted like a toasted marshmallow with bits of graham cracker mixed into the ice cream. Thank you for bringing another small business into Calumet!

Amazing icecream, unique flavors, and king-sized servings. They will pack up to three flavors in a small cup or cone, so you can enjoy a sampler at a small size price! Our family tried butter beer, key lime pie, lemon poppyseed, apple cider sorbet, bubble gum, blue moon, popcorn, and breakfast cereal. ALL GREAT!! Thank you for the memories, Copper Scoop!

Wish we could have left a good review. Google said they were open, as did the sign on the door. New fall hours 4 pm – 8 pm we were there at 4:30 and no one was there. Drove a long way anticipating marvelous ice cream but we’re disappointed they were not open

Very nice service at the Copper Scoop and the portions were huge and delicious! The fudge ice cream with fudge chunks was heaven and SO creamy. They were in the process of making Thimbleberry and we were really bummed to miss it- they said they make all the ice cream on site! Next time we are in the area we will be sure to come back!
