Visiting Joshua Tree from Los Angeles for the weekend so we made sure to book dinner at the Copper Room for our first night. For some reason I had missed it during prior visits and that was a mistake on my part. It’s been open since 1957 and has a ton of history associated with it. It was a popular stop for the golden age of Hollywood crowd and is right next to the airstrip. They have a large parking lot so there will always be spaces available. They have a large round bar as well as many different types of tables so the crowds at both ends of the restaurant can be very different. The hostess and our server were both really polite and did a great job. 20% service is already included in your bill as well.

This is a great place to go. The service was quick and friendly. We had margaritas and then for the main course I had a cheese burger and fries. The fries were hot and crispy and large enough to share between two people. The burger was basic but good.

Had a good experience in here. The lighting inside the venue really set the ambiance, it was something. The service try and make sure that you are always set, and the paired down menu made ordering easy – and tastier maybe. Jazz band played when we went last April.

Had the tomahawk steak, a couple of appetizers, some sides and a member of party got the burger as well. Everything was great. Steak Served table side. Came straight there after a snacks and drinks at local bar who recommended the restaurant because of the chef. I recommend the old fashioned. We had an amazing day of just snacking and drinks enjoying the atmosphere – music – and the view. A lovely Jazz night. We went on a Sunday. They were a little busy when we came but the hostess was accommodating and got us seated immediately. If ordering a Tomahawk it can take an hour to cook. We suspected this in advance and let them know we were ordering one when they got our drink order. Food was timely and prompt for our different courses. I thought the cost was great for what we got as we tend to order very specifically and they had everything we could hope for.

Incredible new spot in town – worth making it your go-to hangout with friends! Start the night out with dinner, the room is absolutely stunning at golden hour! Cocktails are fantastic and their soft opening menu is a great teaser for what’s to come with the full menu. Try the marinated cucumbers and the spinach & artichoke dip for sure! I’ve enjoyed dinner & cocktails in every section of the place and every seat has its own magic. End the night on the dance floor – the vibe here is sure to get you going ✨
