The food here is top notch, the drinks are great, the huge menu of mules is unrivaled. I would recommend Copper Kettle as a restaurant very highly. However, we had them cater our wedding and that left quite a bit to be desired. They arrived 30 minutes late and while the food was really good, they ran out of food for our guests – which is troubling since fewer people stayed for dinner than we had accounted for. They did comp us $170 for the missed meals but it’s a little embarrassing to run out of food for guests. We did really hit it off with Adam but communication was sparse throughout the process and made us feel a little uneasy through the planning. Love the restaurant, love the food, didn’t love the catering.

The service is not good. No greeting or friendly greetings. I went to have a meal. I waited for several minutes. Only 3 tables had customers. I was one of the 3. The tacos were cold and the chips were soggy. The only return customers are going to be sympathy friends.

We were really excited to try this place…. at first, it seemed really promising, but it went downhill, pretty fast. Although the menu is limited, the food was very good. The service.. Well.. It stunk. The servers came off like they were being bothered to provide service. Every interaction got worse, as the dinner droned on, and the food was dreadfully slow coming out of the kitchen. It felt like we were at the DMV, except for the decorations and atmosphere were very nice and the music was fantastic. Stevie, one of the 37 severs we saw, was very nice and helpful, in spite of her coworkers obvious lack of knowing how to, or lack of interest in being, nice, courteous, or helpful.

Great locally owned establishment. The cocktail menu is vast, and of course, focused on the mule. I personally like the basic mules such as the Irish or Dark and Stormy, but their specialty mules are definitely delicious, and unique, with many to choose from. The focus they’ve placed on their food and drink menu shows their commitment to providing a great cocktail restaurant. Taco Tuesday is worth checking out, as it’s not your standard cheap, basic tacos, and are very tasty. Their specialty fair is always delicious and well crafted. Highly recommend stopping in for a mule or a few at very least.

This is a fun place to go. I enjoy the variety of mules they have, and I was able to visit with a friend who doesn’t drink, who could enjoy their non-alcoholic beers and other beverages. It’s also conveniently located, and the adjacent parking garage usually has open stalls, except when there’s an event at the Lied.

We absolutely LOVE the Copper Kettle! Mackenzie is so personal and we have gotten to know her well. Their recipes are fresh and creative and we, as a group, have tried a wide variety. My favorites are the Pomegranate Mule as well as their mule that has espresso! The atmosphere is casual and fun without it feeling like a college bar. We always look forward to our next visit.

Stopped before a show at the Lied and had some amazing drinks. Fun, laid back atmosphere. I wish I was hungry so I could have tried the tacos! Would suggest stopping in.

Cozy atmosphere in downtown Lincoln. The food we tried was great, highly recommend the shrimp tacos. Drinks are good and the Moscow Mules are delicious but they make several drinks using the copper mugs.
