Stopped for lunch on the way to an event. Not dog friendly like most places are nowadays-but-the lady (manager) who spoke with me was very professional and even brought a bowl of water outside for my small dog. Mind, it was 90 degrees so we had to eat quickly and leave-or I would have ordered and tried more items. Ordered an iced coffee which was strong and good. Ordered their special burger and grilled chicken-the sauce-yummy- their pizza looked good as did their bakery items-but again, they wouldn’t allow my small dog to sit inside and we weren’t going to sit outside in the sweltering heat any longer than we had to-so limited time to try food.

We went there for dinner as a group of 6. When we got up to the front to order, the guy behind the counter said we couldn’t order pizza. He said something was going on with the printer? Then the guy making pizzas came up and said they were behind so they can only handle a few more pizzas. He asked if a 30 minute wait was ok, and of course that’s fine that’s what you expect to wait. Just felt like they were really confused back there which had me nervous with this being my first time there.

This has become our favorite pizza spot! So much flavor, fresh ingredients, and then the option for picking up a dessert while you’re at it. The desserts are amazing as well, and the service is always excellent.

The bakery items here really are top notch. I generally prefer PA Dutch style baked goods, but this is a great change of pace. Other menu items are unique and just as good. Expect quality over quantity at The Copper Crust.

I reallllllllly wanted to love this pizza especially because I’m from NY! I went for the first time yesterday and got pastries and they were pretty good and went back today to try their pizza. I was disappointed because it smelled soooooo good on the ride home. Upon opening the box I saw pizza that looked pretty dry. I ordered the white pizza and a cheese pizza. Being from NY my mom and I were really looking forward to the white pizza but we were sadly disappointed. It was so flat and dry and felt like we were eating crackers. The crust is very good though and I think if they add a bit more cheese and sauce it’d be a hit! I will give it another go though and dine in as maybe it’ll be better straight out the oven. Not sure but I’m going to give it a go! Maybe when ordering you should request extra sauce and cheese. Crust is a 10/10!

Our first time at The Copper Crust. We have heard a lot about the great desserts and baked items but not so much about the pizza. We wanted to try both. First, we arrived at around 5 pm and were looking to split a large pizza between our group of three. We were told they were out of the large size pizza dough and only had one medium pizza dough left. We decided to take the last medium size and add a small pizza to make it work. Pizza was just average, nothing special. My concern during our dining was the multiple number of flies which competed with our dining pleasure and the dirty floor surrounding the dining table area. A plus was the excellent pastry. We tried the rhubarb and strawberry tort to take home and it was excellent.

I love their food and sweets! Their brownies were my favorite. I would say the regular cakes are a little on the bland side. I think there may need to be some salt to help the flavors pop? Everything else I have had has been fantastic! I highly recommend trying them if you haven’t yet. Especially if you are just passing through and may not get the chance to in the future. The only other thing that I wish had improvements is the seating. It is a smaller space in terms of seating.
