Wipe those tables down. Some of them have food stains from 2022 on them. Also, help make the wait staff aware of the specials. Aside from those issues, the food was good, and the views from the balcony are excellent.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and used to love coming here, but after multiple negative experiences, I can no longer support this establishment. Most recently, the male bartender was extremely rude and unwelcoming. No one acknowledged or greeted us when we sat down, and he went as far as to throw my friend’s ID back at her. It was completely disrespectful and unnecessary.
What’s worse is that this isn’t the first time we’ve been treated this way. It’s become clear that this is not just an off night or isolated incident. It genuinely feels like they’re selective about who they treat with basic respect and hospitality. As someone who used to enjoy coming here, it’s disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer care.
There are too many great places with staff who actually value their customers. I won’t be returning.

Utterly shocked that this establishment has patrons. Every time I try to give this place a chance (3rd time is the charm), I am very uncomfortable, not acknowledged and do not feel welcomed. I would suggest retraining staff, especially the gentleman bartending on how to treat patrons. This place is not worth supporting and there a many other amazing restaurants in Oxford that provide top quality service and views.

Service was very slow, server forgot to enter one of our dinners, never asked for follow up drinks and we had to order from the bar. Food was not good. Balcony view is great and the drinks were great. Go there for a cocktail before going to eat elsewhere.

Difficult to find if you aren’t staying at the hotel. It took exceptionally long to get waited on. The food was cold and the fries were rubbery. We were never checked back up on and had to ask for utensils and napkins. Never got a refill on our drinks and the server didn’t say more than five words to us “What can I get you”. Just a disappointment for our first meal in Oxford.

We stopped in for drinks and the “panoramic” view. 1. not a panormamic view. 2. Our waiter had no clue about the beers on tap. We ordered blue moons, they were out of them. Ordered another beer, out of it, so the waiter brought a completely different beer that was awful. 3. It was not very crowded and the service was extremely slow. Would not recommend
