I needed a cookie cake for a baby shower and I wanted to support a small business. I was pleased with the options of the premade cakes. I was able to get a customized cake in less than 5 minutes, with great service. By the end of my party, the cake was demolished and everyone was going back for seconds. I highly recommend this place! The cake was delicious.

I love the cookie factory! It’s my favorite place to visit when I’m in town. The new location is cozy and welcoming. I like that there are prices for everything so I know what to expect. The pricing has gone up since I was a little kid but inflation is no joke. I can’t imagine complaining about pricing when everything has skyrocketed. I’m so happy they’re able to adjust and keep things running smoothly! The girls at the front counter have always been friendly and accommodating. The owner was super busy and stopped baking to check in on us.
Just wanted to add, some of these bad reviews are laughable and don’t make sense. I don’t think people realize how long it takes to decorate the awesome baked goods. People will complain about anything these days.

This is the second year in a row ordering my son’s birthday cookies. Both times placing my order was a breeze. This year was soccer themed and the iced sugar cookies look so good! The Messi soccer cookie cake was also great. I really appreciate the owner for taking my order on Mother’s Day!! I was late placing my order and bless her for taking it that day and putting my mind at ease.

I ordered through Grubhub, got the 3 gourmet cookies and 4 super cookies.
When I arrived to pick them up they were all stuffed into little white bags. I feel like for the price they are charging they could be a little more fancy or professional with the package.
The cinnamon roll was kinda hard different texture than your average cinnamon roll. The gooey butter cookie, peanut butter, and snickerdoodle were my favorites. But the cookies really didn’t have much flavor.

Honestly make sure if you are getting their pack of 3 or 4 for $7.25 you make sure you are asking which ones are included because the lady up front won’t tell you then you will get to the counter and the price will be doubled and the explanation is so fast and the way it is explained is not clear. The brunette at the front counter once I confronted her about the price to try to understand got an attitude and Honestly I will not be returning because of the horrible attitude.

I love the new management. We took my 2yr old granddaughter (who adores Elmo) there with my sister, brother and his wife. She loved the Elmo cookies so my brother bought her one. You talk about excited she couldn’t eat it @ 1st for straring @ it. She finally took a bite + loved it. She let me taste it. It was moist with the best icing ever. Great place.
