One of the best restaurants in Provo. Cool spot with a large dining room and small bar area. The service was friendly and attentive. The food is what sets this place apart. I tried the cucumber and poblano gazpacho as well as the duck confit with mole negro and both were outstanding. Delicious and flavorful. The cocktails were also great and well crafted. Overheard the bartender telling the story of the restaurant and it sounded awesome. Full supporter and highly recommend. Will be back.

The Continental in Provo exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt inviting, warm, and elegant. Everything was spotless, with a classy and professional vibe that immediately set the tone for a special evening. The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and very tuned in without ever being overbearing. They made us feel like guests of honor the entire night.
We had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday in the Rose Room, which was absolutely beautiful and added a touch of charm and intimacy to the evening. What impressed me most were the thoughtful personal touches: they surprised me with a handwritten birthday card and even placed a lit birthday candle on the plate with my dessert — such a simple but meaningful gesture that made me feel truly celebrated.
The combination of excellent service, refined atmosphere, and those small but intentional details made this one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. It’s rare to find a place that balances professionalism with such genuine hospitality. The Continental is absolutely a place I’ll be returning to, not just for special occasions but anytime I want to enjoy a top-tier dining experience. Highly recommend!

This was such a lovely elevated dining experience right here in Provo! I loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious! I came for brunch and had the carnitas scramble. It was flavorful and the perfect portion. I also appreciated that it wasn’t too busy. I look forward to coming back for dinner.

I have been across the United States and the world and love to eat in every new place. This is possibly the one of the absolute best drink, food and ambiance combos I have ever had. The beautiful green and gold aesthetic is to die for. Our steak was perfectly cooked and rivals Town Hearth in Dallas Texas, crunchy crust with a perfectly cooked medium rare interior. The drinks were all amazing!!! ask for the shipwreck if you want a truly Americana

To my mind, it’s the.jewel in the crown of dining in Provo. We have enjoyed, two dinners, a brunch and, most recently, deliciously crafted cocktails. Ok, they still owe me a slice of corn bread but the mains, the soups, the desserts, and wine selection are all peerless. Do not miss this place, where masterful cooking is delivered with sterling service.

When I say this is the best steak I’ve had in my life. I mean I finished the steak, and got my phone out to leave a 5 star review.

The creamed potatoes and asparagus were equally as show stealing.

I am fortunate to have eaten at some of the top restaurants in the world in illustrious cities like New York and Paris, and I can both subjectively and objectively say that this beautiful restaurant in the tiny city of Provo, Utah is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. While in Salt Lake City for the Kilby music festival we decided to take the hour long train ride down to Provo for an evening date at the Continental, and the experience was worth every second of that train ride. Personally, I would travel to Utah for the opportunity to eat at this restaurant alone, it was that good. The decor and ambience are elegant and impeccable, from the tastefully curated music, to the modern chic decor, down to the gold metal stirrers in our perfectly crafted cocktails. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly, and knew just when to appear to make sure we had everything we needed and when to give us time to enjoy each others company. Every dish we tried was an ecstatic mix of elegant presentation and delicious flavors. The owner of the restaurant stopped by our table to check on us and explained how the menu is a celebration of her Native American heritage and her many years of expertise in the restaurant industry. She talked about how hard she works to source local and sustainable ingredients, from wild harvested local mushrooms to freshly caught trout from a nearby lake. I can’t think of many places you can go to get a five star Native American meal like this. If you are anywhere near Provo do not miss out on the opportunity to dine at the Continental.

If you’re seeking a Provo restaurant that delivers a delightful culinary excellence with an inviting ambiance- look no further! From the meticulously crafted menu offerings (including visiting guest chefs from all over) to the seamless, attentive service, every detail contributed to an atmosphere of refined charm—making it a premier destination in Provo, Utah for those seeking an unforgettable dining experience. The shishito peppers were just the right temperature, with a tasty lime seasoning flavor while my chicken & sausage gumbo was unlike ANY gumbo ever! Plenty of delicious flavored chicken, sausage, and a variety of vegetables in a decadent broth that warmed me to my toes! The blue cornbread side was the perfect complement of sweet and dense for chunks to soak up the broth! I sampled the melt-in-your-mouth bison and will be ordering that ribeye on my next visit for sure. We also shared the brownie & ice cream dessert… don’t dismiss this dessert for fear of it being too “basic”… the intense cocoa flavor with a hint of heat after each bite will tantalize your taste buds with the perfect mix of sweet and richness without being “too much”!
Show The Continental Provo some love so this establishment can become a Center Street icon for our community!
