I just tried Comfort Kitchen in Liberty, Missouri, and it absolutely lived up to its name. I stopped in for lunch and ordered the tortellini meatball soup, and wow—rich, hearty, and full of flavor. The broth was comforting, the tortellini was perfectly tender, and the meatballs were seasoned just right. It’s the kind of soup you think about long after the bowl is empty.
To make things even better, they gave me a sample of the beef stroganoff—and that sealed the deal. It was creamy, savory, and packed with tender beef. No question: that will be my next order.
