This place has really, really good breakfast. We had biscuits, gravy, eggs and bacon, and it was phenomenal. I recommend everybody to try this place because there’s no more restaurants like it anymore, there’s nothing different that I need to do they have it perfect.

Local breakfast and lunch diner located in Sylva, NC. Double cheeseburger was freshly cooked and delicious. Fries were fresh and hot. This place has been serving the area since 1926. Lots of local customers. Also known for homemade pies. We tried the pecan and it was good.

This is the cutest little coffee shop ever. We went in just for coffee and when we noticed all of our favorite southern faves on the menu we had to eat. The biscuits and gravy were awesome and oh so tasty. The all women staff were friendly and kind over just a great stop. Thank you for the great food and kindness.

Friendly service, good food, clean restrooms. Hit all the spots for a traveler. The gravy was good, the steak, though on the smaller side, was tasty as well. The grits were grits & my coffee was always full. Not a bad place for breakfast.

Local eatery with the best eggs and grits! The chicken and dumplings are off the chain…delicious! Nothing like home town cooking and hometown service! Cheryl has our drinks ready for us when she see us walk through the door!

Food was great. We had breakfast there. Waitress was friendly, service fast. The only down side was the ladies bathroom. Very dirty.

Every time I have had pleasure to enjoy breakfast at this establishment, I have never been disappointed. One time I made an error and asked for extra jalapeños in my omelet and I will never do that again…But from rich blended coffee to pies that would make your grandmother jealous, they have excellent food and the BEST service in town. Reasonable prices and great portion size. IF you leave hungry then it’s your own fault.
My daughter was going to WCU for 5 years but I would make a special trip to get the best breakfast in North Carolina
5 stars
