Everything you want in a coffee shop.
My latte (hot) was possibly the best ever! The coffee was bold, yet mellow—and this fabulous flavor did not take a back seat to the frothy milk. Perfection.
Friendly staff.
Decent amount of seating nestled in vintage craftsmanship.
What can I say—groovy restrooms!

Loved this coffee shop! I’m an Eight O’Clock coffee drinker so I can’t speak for the coffee but the atmosphere is super relaxing and inviting. I did get a piece of the peanut butter pie and it was light and delish. Thank you to the Barista (Andrew) who suggested it. The layout is great for me to work quietly and I could see people meeting here for coffee dates, friend dates, families and I bet it gets busy on weekends during downtown events. Lots of booths, high tops and little nooks and crannies to hang out in. What a gem of a place!

If it wasn’t for a very rude manager or employee I’d give all 5 ⭐.I love the atmosphere of this place and I have been coming here for years. As of today I had a very bad day and wanted to get away for some me time to clear my head. I did a few applications for a job on my phone and watched a few videos on my phone. Was here for almost 2 hours before this man that claims he worked there was the only one bothered by me watching videos on my phone. No one else around me said anything. My phones sound was barely on. His exact words was “Your phone speaker is on!!! Don’t you have headphones? Maybe you should buy a pair!!!
They he yelled out so everyone can hear him and said ” Everyone is bothered by you loudness no one here wants to here you!!!!
A few people even said that they were NOT bothered at all. My day was ruined again and I started crying because I was already upset. A lady comforted me and stood up for me. I don’t recommend this place anymore if that’s the kind of people they hire now. The coffee pot isn’t always quiet. People do zoom office meetings on laptops, people talk on the phone, babies cry and young kids scream. I’d dare who yelled at me for my phone yell at a woman and child being loud. It’s sad that this place is like this now

Like many others, I visited Greenville on my way to view the eclipse. I found The Coffee Pot on Google Maps and it looked like the perfect place to have coffee, journal and spend a few hours before heading to my final destination.
I was not wrong! The Coffee Pot was an excellent place to visit. Using Cincinnati’s own Deeper Roots coffee (off to a great start) they made an excellent Americano. The staff were friendly and the shop offered a variety of lovely looking fresh baked goods. There were also kid friendly drinks for little ones.
The shop is located in an historic department store. Much of the original decor and design remain including this incredible bathroom. I vote we return to amazing design like this.
There was plenty of seating which easily accommodated the increase in customers. They also had free books and newspapers for your enjoyment while visiting.
It was a lovely visit, and if I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be sure to stop by for another cup

Love this place!! We were in town briefly for a family event, but we found this place and it became our daily coffee and breakfast. Quiche and bagels are really great. Coffee and drinks are as good as it gets.

This place is an absolute gem and worth visiting for the wall art alone (but the coffee is exceptional too!). Located on the Main Street, once you enter the doors it’s as if you stepped into a delightful new world. It’s spacious and elegantly decorated, plus there’s plenty of seating options whether you’d like to choose a comfy chair near the bookshelves or a marble table with chairs to get some work done. I adore the Christmas-themed handmade painted art that was on display in the front windows and found out from the owner, while he made my tasty toasted marshmallow mocha, that he picks a new theme every year. I’m definitely planning to come back and visit in the very near future!

This is a family favorite when we visit from out of town. I’ve been going here for years before it was the Coffee Pot when I was living in Union City.
The coffee is still wonderful and the baked goods are fresh and delicious.
Even if you’re not a coffee lover the visit is worth it for the architectural history alone. There is also a small library of books and on occasion they’ve had music.

In the area from out of town and was pleasantly surprised by the local shops but the Coffee Pot is a must stop into! Not only was the coffee delicious so was the quiche. The employees were so kind and helpful guiding me through my first visit to their location! Whether you are a local or guest you have to stop in!

I really enjoyed The Coffee Pot. It’s a beautuful coffee shop and a steady line of customers who were waited on quickly. My chicken noodle soup warmed me up quickly and was so good! My husband got a HUGE serving of chocolate cake that that was…oh-my-goodness delish!! We will be back! Soon.

Loved this coffeeshop! I wish I could’ve spent the day there reading a book in one of the booths along the wall. So cozy! Loved the atmosphere, decor and selections. The iced mocha was tasty and the banana cream pie was yummy.
