I order my coffee with no ice always! They charge me double price and I get 3x amount of coffee because of that. It’s a big bargain! Then I split it in three at the hotel next door and add ice on my own. It works, trust me!

I literally just went here maybe two minutes ago. I asked for a triple espresso shot and a cup of ice on the side. She charged me for the triple espresso, but didn’t charge me for the cup of ice. Why would anyone charge for a cup of ice anyways. Then when my espresso came out, they were looking at me like I was crazy, and I told them that I asked for a cup of ice as well.But then the guy young kid with glasses and blonde hair decided to say oh we have to charge you for a cup of ice $3.25 for a darn cup of ice. Are you kidding me after already saying that the transaction was completed and when I already told you guys. I do not recommend this place complete utter disgrace, trying to steal from people.

Literally just right now I bought a triple espresso shot and a mocha latte and then I asked for a cup of ice from the girl. And she said that she’ll give it and didn’t charge us. Once we completed our transaction, they forgot to give us a cup of ice, and then we asked for a cup of ice and then the guy decided to say it’s a young fair skin Boy where the glasses and blonde hair thick some sort of European accent decided to say oh it’s gonna be 325 for a cup of ice $3.25 for a cup of ice. Are you kidding me after already saying you’ll give it to us for free without doing that straight up false advertisement right there. Liars and trying to steal people out for money.

Coffee and muffins were okay. Eggs were microwaveable. They also automatically charge a tip. Major rip off.

I ordered a large cup of ice and I witnessed the staff pouring coffee in my cup… when i asked them if there was coffee in the ice, they said no and started giggling. Great deal imo, strongly recommend!

Don’t go here for coffee. Paid almost $6 for a black coffee only to see a worker pour water into my cup to try to use less coffee. After asking if they poured water into my coffee (which I witnessed), they responded “no just ice”. As I walked away workers started giggling with each other. This is not my first bad experience at this coffee shop. Total rip-off $6 for 1/2 a cup of iced coffee.

Very pricey, but coffee was fresh! They charged me $5.19 for a *small* iced flavored coffee. That seems a little much when you can get a *large* iced flavored at Dunkin’ for around $3! Service also wasn’t the best, they were considerably slow even without lines.

The actual worst coffee I have ever had. It was completely undrinkable and I had to throw it away. They had no idea how to fix it and gave me a hard time about it as well. There were literal soap bubbles in my coffee as well. You could even taste the soap.also very expensive here. For the worst coffee you will ever taste it is 5 dollars.

I never do this, but felt I needed to let others know. Staff is sneaky. I once ordered a coffee with light ice, the worker tried to charge me for two coffees because of that. The next time I went I ordered a coffee and saw the worker fill my ice coffee half way with water before pouring in my coffee. I asked her “did you pour water in my coffee?” She said no, not knowing I watched her do it. Will not return
