My husband and I have been coming to the Coffee Hall and Creamery ever since we signed for our house to move to Marysville. We have made it a weekly tradition to visit and always get so excited for the seasonal menu to come out! Coffee has always been a staple in our relationship from our first date at a coffee house, and we absolutely love this coffee shop! Keep up the amazing work!

I drove out from Hilliard to visit this hidden gem with a friend. It’s such a cute shop in a picturesque old part of town. They have a unique menu with something for everyone. I tried the Local Flare Latte. It had honey, maple syrup, cinnamon and cocoa powder. I never would have imagined that these flavor combinations would work but they do! I could definitely taste hints of the honey and cinnamon but it wasn’t overly sweet as it sounds like it could be. I found it to be interesting and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The entrance and area for waiting in line was a bit cramped but I’m not sure if there’s much that could be done about that. I can’t wait to visit this shop again soon to try out more from their menu!

I’ve been coming to this place for more than 2 years! It’s February, so obviously they changed the menu a little, but what I like about this place is the coziness of it! My go to food here is the breakfast bagel, blueberry with everything on it, and all addons! I really appreciate being able to stop by on my work trips!
Definitely recommend if you’re just stopping by marysville! For those who live in the area, if you like coffee, give it a shot. If you like smoothies, my go to is the pineapple banana! They have bakery items, but I haven’t had any that I can remember. I’ll continue to rate them well, as long as they remain as consistent as they’ve been! Amazing coffee, they consistently make the drinks in a way that is fantastic! Been coming here a long time and am never disappointed. Always worth the time and if you visit you are typically unlikely to see a long wait time. I appreciate you all!

This is a cozy shop that appeals to all ages. Service is prompt and friendly, and their coffee drinks are amazing. Pricing isn’t exorbitant. There are lots of food options available, too.

While I do recommend this place, and it’s such a great little spot, I have a couple of concerns. My spouse and I come here every Saturday for our coffee date! My spouse gets a cold brew, one that specifically says it will have cold foam on top, but when we have asked to take it off, they have no problem doing it. He just doesn’t like cold foam or whipped cream. It’s a hit or miss when his drink gets ordered. A big amount of the time they still put the cold foam on top. The cashier hears us clearly and even writes it on the cup. It’s the ones who make it. When I have asked for it to be taken off, they just scrap off the cold foam and hand back the same drink. The drink will then have melted ice or the ice dumped out of the cup. Instead of making a new one, This has been going on since about March, but we have never really left a review until now. I have said something to someone in the shop and I can’t remember her name, but she completely admitted that she saw one of the workers just scrap off the foam, dump a little and put the lid back on. The woman I told remade his drink and we were very thankful for her listening and caring.
Secondly, I don’t think I have ever seen Iced lattes look so “creamy.” There’s way more milk in the iced latte I get than espresso. And I don’t ask for extra cream or milk. Are they suppose to be that light in color?
We really appreciate this shop. It’s just the little disappointments where we would just like the ladies who are working to maybe pay attention to the cups a little more or communicate better. The last thing we want to do is find another shop, because we do like it there. Thank you.

I’m officially addicted not only is their shop more affordable than a chain coffee shop such as Starbucks but it’s so much more fresh and better tasting! Don’t let me forget to mention, I got a full sized breakfast sandwich, smoothie, and large cold brew for just over $12! I mean seriously, you can’t be that. It tastes sooo good BOTH THUMBS UP! Support small shops!! They’re the true hidden gems
