I ordered an avocado TOAST and it came not toasted and tasted like not even fresh avocado , don’t order this they also fill their drinks with ice to the top so order light ice or u barley get anything to drink i also watched an employee save some of a customers drink so he could drink it, like what in the high school musical is this place

Staff is great……very friendly , professional and quick service. They are really nice! Always treat their customers with absolute care and pleasure. I love their lattes. Absolutely the best hazelnut latte ! Never bitter, always the best. Very nice patio seating area. They have drive- thru also and there is never a line, which is great.

I don’t mind tipping, but can I get something for it? A couple minutes after placing my order I hear someone on the other side of the restaurant calling out my name. Then again louder. And again louder. I go and pick up my coffees. A couple minutes later the process repeats when my food is ready. “Service” means I “get served,” not just my food gets prepared correctly as ordered and paid for. What is it that I’m tipping for if there is no benefit to me? Even worse, there’s only one trash can in the place and it’s even farther away than where my food was served. It’s not even by the door! 2 stars instead of one only because the cashier was friendly.

arrived at 5:35 for a TGTG order. was told it would be at least 15 more minutes. These things are scheduled well in advance and are supposed to be READY at 5:30. the dude was so rude and said they had until 6:30 to get it ready which is wrong. Pickup window is 5:30 to 6:30. he was a jerk. I took time out of my night, dinner time with my family to drive out to get this and wasted gas.

Was excited to try this place because of the reviews. On our first visit waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks, was completely ignored while I waited. They did remake them but horrible first impression. The guy was apologetic but the girls can lose the attitudes

When I visit this establishment, I usually go through the drive through lane. I order a strawberry shake, “hold the caffeine” made with oat milk because I am lactose intolerant.
