Unacceptably bitter and burnt Americano—literally undrinkable. This location consistently lacks basic barista skills. Last time my sugar-free Matcha was served sweet, and today they messed up my payment before giving me this terrible coffee. Extremely disappointed with the quality control.Even after letting the ice melt for 10 minutes, the coffee was still undrinkable.

When will you properly staff your store? Wait times are long even with only one or two cars in the drive thru, and drinks are inconsistent. The weekends are the slowest, and you should know that you will be busy and be staffed for it. Waiting 30 minutes for a drink at 6pm on a Saturday or Sunday is absurd. Hopefully more Dutch Bros will open in the area soon. They’ll run circles around you.

JUST visited. They have all their discontinued items still on their drive thru menu. (Pls change if you plan on not offering them) and they were out of ALL brown sugar items. They actually didn’t have a lot to offer. The avocado toast is very sour, they add way too much lemon to it. $27 for average coffee and sour avocado toast. This was a miss

We started using Coffee Bean as we wanted to move away from Starbucks. Over 3 times they have made errors and I did not say anything wanting to keep giving them a chance, but either this location, or how they operate as a whole is not not managed well. Each my wife and I order the same drink it never taste the same the consistency is off. 2 times I placed a mobile order way ahead of time. Once 20 mins and my drinks my drinks were still not done and I was waiting, another time they just did not make one of the drinks and just ignored the order. Last visit yesterday first time we used the drive through, and they got my wife’s drink compltely wrong from a Vanilla Layered to a Vanilla iced coffee. She was did not notice until we already moved since she was on the phone. Really wish this place worked out.
Edit: Tried this location again sincw they gave a free drink on 10-26. Only 1 out of the two drink they made on my order and used the verbal it was “recalled” so it was not made at the time of order. So they had to make it now.

Want to waste 35 minutes of your life? Use the drive thru at this location. It always takes a ridiculous amount of time to where you wish you never ordered. They have poles up so you can’t leave the drive thru early- it’s because they take so long, you would want to leave. The place could have a line around the store and the workers will still move at a snails pace- no sense of urgency.

Rarely I give bad reviews unless it’s something outrageous, and stopping by to this coffee shop this morning calls for it. The drive-thru ridiculously takes forever. I was 2nd in line and still had to wait 20 min for a coffee. The worst part is I couldn’t get out of the line because I was stuck. Get rid of the drive-thru if there’s no man power to handle it. That way, if the line is long and I’m tight on the time, I can go somewhere else.

The coffee and drinks here are good but not always, it really depends on the day that you go and who is making the drinks I would say. The staff is nice but long wait in the drive thru. Just the drinks are not always made right!
