Is it the best fish & chips I’ve ever had? No. But really good. I’ve never actually had fish & chip in England, so I can’t really compare. But everything seemed pretty authentic to me. I had to try the mushy peas for a traditional experience, (never had it before). Again, pretty good. But I prefer coleslaw. Clam chowder was good too. Service was great!

Their fish and chips are definitely tasty. The fish portions are pretty big, so you will get full. The black forest cup we had for dessert was just okay, nothing special. One thing to be aware of, when you go in you order your food and drinks from a counter. The sodas come in bottles and if you get half way through your fish and decide you want another soda, you have to get up and order it, which isn’t an issue for me, the issue was looking over and seeing there are 15 people in line you have to wait for before you can get another drink. Grab a couple of drinks and you will be good. As you can see from the pictures the plates are plentiful!

This place is a hole in the wall, no thrills. It was ao good my picky 8 year old son ate it! I had the fish cake, which is really a unique dish. The cod is in the middle of two potatoes and it is then fried.

This place was awesome! The fish was fantastic! Super friendly staff was bonus. We were heading to the airport and really miss great fish and chips ever since we moved from Canada to Texas. I saw a YouTube video of this place and we set out to get us some good old fish & chips. It was so incredible, we plan on coming back Thanksgiving for more. We highly recommend The Codfather!

The fish and chips were not bad. My wife and I tried the mushy peas and pea fritters. I’m not a pea fan! I will take a pass on them next time. Cole Slaw was okay, kind of bland! Overall, it is a fair dining experience if you have a craving for fish and chips.

Have been having a hankerin’ for fish and chips lately, people on a Vegas FB page recommended this place, and happened to be driving by today and noticed the sign, so I busted a U-turn and today’s the day I satisfy my craving. Parking is a bit a tight, but at least it’s free. You order and pay up at the front, then go sit down and they’ll bring it out to you. Atmosphere inside is ok, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Had the cod and chips. Portions were decent, fries were good (wish I had a few more) and the fish was good like everyone here has already described. Usually fish and tartar sauce is greasy, but not here. And the tartar sauce tasted a bit different than anywhere else I’ve ever had it, but in a good way. Will definitely be back again. And yes, love my ketchup drenched on these style of fries. Fight me.

I had the Haddock and Chips with Mushy Peas. The Haddock was large and crispy, the chips were crispy and some pieces had a crunch. The Mushy Peas was very creamy and tasted like buttery scrambled eggs. This was fantastic. Never had anything like it. Overall meal was outstanding and will come back next time if I have a craving of Fish and Chips.

Absolutely fantastic, had the haddock and it did not disappoint. I hear people complaining about price, but for the portion size I found price to be very fair and appropriate. Will be back again!
