We own a house in the neighborhood and come to the grill as often as we can. The food always tastes great, portions are extremely generous, the servers are always friendly, and the view from the dining room is really pretty.

We placed an order online and the pickup time was over an hour later. We ordered 6 meals, 2 appetizers and 2 extra sides of fries, which maybe is a big order, but doesn’t seem that huge to me. But fine, we would deal with the long wait to pick it up. Then we got there and had to wait another 40(!!) minutes for all of our food to be ready and they brought it out a couple of things at a time so by the time we got home the first half of our order was cold because it had been sitting out for so long. The food tasted fine, but not good enough to spend over $200 and wait 2 hours for cold food. Will not be going back.

Service was okay…but the food.
Let’s start with drinks. Sweet tea that was just a glass full of sadness and not sweet at all. Food that was bland and not seasoned.
Daughter ordered a BLT, there was more T than anything, but she enjoyed it .
Husband ordered a burger…no condiments (even though he asked for mayo) , and the macaroni salad had NO seasoning or flavor whatsoever.
I ordered the Turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Avocado was not ripe, and therefore an awful texture. I also had no condiments on mine.
We probably won’t go back. Maybe when the golf course is busy and they have their A team on….but paid way too much for basic food that had no flavor.

We have been going for a few years and the staff has changed quite a bit, but MOST of the time they have been friendly and helpful. We’ve sat in the dining room, the bar area, and on the patio – and they are all great with a cabin-like feel. We have also had carry-out from there during “the covid years” and it was great.
Things I’ve had and enjoyed: Fried Catfish Nuggets, Wings, B.Y.O.B (Burger), Clubhouse Club, Steak and Cheese, Chicken Quesadilla and my go-to the French Dip.

Haven’t had a chance to dine in yet with Covid going on. Love to occasionally order take out. Good variety of American fare. Looking forward to trying the wine selection when the pavilion opens and the weather warms up!

When will they open up again ?? every restaurant in the area is open. And have been open with some seating capacity for months. Went to coolfont for valentine’s and new years eve. Had wonderful experience and meal. Have to go to tari’s, canary grill naked olive . You are missing so much business by not being open!!! We are tired of carryout and refuse to use it !!

We ate there tonight for the first time, we are visiting from out of town. The food was fantastic and the service from Jeff was outstanding! We live about an hour away but we will make the drive for a day hike and dinner in the future.
