Clove in Kimberley is absolutely amazing! The food was so good—full of authentic flavors and perfectly cooked. Hands down the best Indian restaurant in the Kootenay area. Every dish tasted fresh, rich, and well-balanced. The quality, taste, and presentation were excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. If you love real Indian food, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

First time into the restaurant and the food was fantastic. We had butter chicken both the adult and child sized one, which was adorable. We also had the curry goat and it was great as well. Full flavour. I look forward to you guys prospering and adding more great items.

This was an excellent experience all around. The butter sauce poutine was swimming sauce. The ratio of cheese to fries was a little heavy for me personally but still, great value. The mild butter chicken was edible by my capsaicin intolerant hubby which is a big win even if my personal preference is more spice. The basmati rice remained light and fluffy throughout the meal. On table water decanters was also really appreciated.
Server was attentive and gracious.
Restaurant was clean and comfortable.

Had my first experience at The Clove and I’ll definitely be back.
I was honestly surprised to hear they have lunch specials for around $15… like wait, $15 for a proper lunch? You can’t even do that at Subway anymore.
I had the butter chicken with rice and naan and it was excellent. The spice levels actually made sense too, mild was mild, and my friend’s medium was actually medium. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour.
Highly recommend supporting this new spot. Our town definitely deserves a well-run Indian restaurant like this.

I had the Mango Chicken Curry & Hubs had the Chicken Palak with Mushroom rice. Fab!!! The garlic Naan was especially delightful! & huge!!

They surprised us with a cake and even sang a birthday song — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The food was excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I recently visited Clove Restaurant and tried their biryani, and I honestly loved it. The biryani was very tasty and full of flavor. The rice was soft and perfectly cooked, and the spices were just right — not too spicy, not too mild. Every bite had a rich and delicious taste. This place was amazing all around. Appetizers were phenomenal and the Coconut Lamb Curry was also amazing. Good portion sizes, the waiter was around to check on us quite frequently, and the decor/atmosphere was great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to eat.
