Attentive staff.
Slow service. Very, very slow service. Incredibly slow service.
Granted, there is as a party or 40–I know because I was in it. But when you a client books a space and requests a special menu, the deposit should not only secure the space but also set into motion securing and scheduling sufficient support staff to ensure both the late party and the regular Saturday patrons simultaneously. The team failed to deliver.
Nevermind the prices on the menu.
The ambience:
Honestly it’s really nice. The aesthetic is perfect for a fun night out.
The DJ never figured out the right volume. And the music vacillated between subtle dinner ambient noise to bad booming so loudly it felt like a discotheque.
The food: (the little I did have)
I demolished the charcuterie board because I was so famished. the cheese tasted a bit stale and the consistency lacked freshness. 7/10
The blackberry Canadian mule was spot on. Definitely work a sip. 9/10

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. For a restaurant that presents itself as “classy,” it is anything but. The service was absolutely horrendous, the atmosphere felt cheap and unrefined, and the food was completely underwhelming. We waited 1.5 hours to receive our food.
We chose this place for Valentine’s Day, expecting a special evening, and instead it turned into a complete disaster. This establishment doesn’t even come close to places like Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse, Steak 48, or Brenner’s on the Bayou. Honestly, Chili’s provides a better overall experience than this place — and that says a lot.
To make matters worse, we used their valet service, and my boyfriend’s truck was returned scraped, with large yellow paint marks and noticeable scratches across the front. Completely unacceptable. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, no one answered. I left a voicemail and still have not received a single call back. The lack of accountability is infuriating.
We weren’t the only ones dealing with problems, either. Another couple had been waiting 45 minutes for their vehicle because valet couldn’t even locate it. The entire operation felt disorganized and careless.
Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers. Our Valentine’s Day was ruined, and this restaurant was entirely to blame.

This place was so so good. Their buttery rolls were to die for. The ambience was romantic, however the food took quite a while to come despite us being one of the only other patrons there. I got a juicy, buttery steak with Mac and cheese and was in love with this place. Very reasonable downtown place, only thing was no saxophone player now!

We had a great first time here. The drink and service were exceptional. Jose was our waiter and he did great making us feel very welcomed. The food was great I went off on a limb and got the lamb chops with the mint jelly. It was so damn good. I would have never guessed I liked this dish the way I did. Also we asked for an odd request to have the leftovers wrapped in Saran Wrap for our dogs in the hotel room to enjoy so I could keep them in my coat pocket. Jose did it discreetly and didn’t make us feel awkward the slightest bit. Highly recommend .

Horrible service!!! These people aren’t prepare for holiday celebrations. You reserve a table and you still have to wait. The waiting is about 10-15 mins. The place looks more like a lounge which I thought I was going to a place for a romantic dinner and nice slow music. Not high scaled the people that go there most have no manners. The food disgusting, they don’t have no more garlic mashed potatoes I was like what!!! The rice and beans nasty the rice was not fully cooked so when I had a bit I bite into hard rice. The Mac and cheese the worse so watery taste like water. The service was sooooo bad our waitress tried she was ok. Never will I come back!! I wish someone would have told me how not classy this place is. Ohhh at a certain time is a club in there LOL!! The drink are good strong enough to only have 2 and feel good . A place to go for drinks for sure and if you like club there you go. Not a high end place thou

Our server was nowhere to be found. We got our beverages pretty quickly but it took them 35 minutes to take our order. Even after informing an employee we were ready to order.
The food was okay. I had higher expectations on the steak. The fat cap was overly charred and steak was not cooked evenly. The mashed potatoes were the highlight, they were delicious.
The restaurant does have a nice ambiance and the young ladies at the front greeted and welcomed us.

This was hands down the worst restaurant I have ever gone to. What was supposed to be a night out for Valentine’s Day was a disaster. Our reservation was for 10:30, but we were not sat until 11:00. It took another 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. The person who did only asked if we wanted water and disappeared never to be seen again after bringing us our water. It took another 20 minutes before anyone came to actually take our order. When our order was actually taken, it was a rushed process. Food took forever to come out. When it did we were informed that they were out of mashed potatoes but that we could have Mac and cheese instead. Normally this would be fine except the Mac and cheese was bland and sour. A box of kraft would have tasted better. We had ordered the Pichana wagyu. My boyfriend’s steak was overcooked. Mine was burnt so bad it was black. It was also half the size of his. The steaks were tough and chewy and had no flavor. There wasn’t even any salt to help season the meat. By this time it was past midnight. We had to flag down a waitress to finally check out and leave.
During this time we watched 4 couples up and leave after being seated due to no one even acknowledging that they were even there and a couple more dining and dashing. One gentleman was stopped at the door and out right refused to pay.
This was genuinely a terrible experience. I would never recommend this to anyone, not even my worst enemy

We had an excellent experience at The Clock Steak & Lounge on Friday, December 19. The service was attentive, professional, and welcoming, and the food was outstanding. Every detail was handled with care, and the entire team made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
Special thanks to Edu and his staff for their professionalism and hospitality. It is clear they truly care about their customers and the relationships they build. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this restaurant.

My go-to place when I want to enjoy delicious food, incredible drinks, and a night out with my friends. The clock is the perfect spot for a date night, birthday, family gathering, or whatever the occasion is. It offers an incredible atmosphere with live music and DJ during the weekend. The last time I was there, they had a saxophonist playing. It was amazing! I would definitely recommend The Clock! Thank you for an amazing service! See you soon!
