The Clay House Cafe is a beautiful and tranquil coffee shop in Lebanon PA. We offer specialty coffees, breakfast, and lunch. We also offer gourmet sandwich and salad trays and our cafe is available as a venue space every evening of the week! We are passionate about quality products and service in all we do. The Clay House started with coffee in mind as a traveling coffee bar in 2017. We have loved using Kitty Town Coffee Roasters since day one of our coffee bar startup, and are proud to say that we serve their high-end espresso in our cafe. Our cafe reflects the clean, tranquil design that you find at our Bed & Breakfast in Lancaster, Pa, and serves the same quality ingredients we offer as wedding caterers at The Clay House Catering.

This little café is such a cozy find, warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and coffee that’s absolutely worth coming back for. Both drinks we tried were spot-on, rich, and perfectly made.
Food-wise, we ordered the avocado toast ($10.95) and the spicy pesto waffle melt ($8.95). The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, but | personally wasn’t a fan of the large grape tomato chunks on top (the menu does disclose it) a smaller chop would’ve balanced it better.

Still tasty though!

Now, the spicy pesto waffle melt? Total star of the show. Crispy, cheesy, perfectly spicy… every bite hit just right.

Overall, this place is definitely a new local favorite.

Great coffee, creative menu, and friendly vibes that make you want to linger a little longer.

Food had great flavors. Prices were slightly high for cafe in Lebanon, but the food was good and the portions were adequate. The environment was comfortable. Cold environment, but had warm amenities. Loved the gold silverware.

I stopped in on a whim and I’m glad I did. Out and about with an autistic toddler there aren’t many places I can comfortably take him. I got a brown sugar latte for myself and a cookie butter Danish for him. The coffee is perfect. Just the right amount of sweet without it being sugary. My toddler ate the Danish with no complaints. There is a cute area where he can play, and books to read. I will absolutely come back.

The (relatively new) Clay House is awesome place to chill out, meet ur friends, and have a delicious breakfast coffee ☕️. It was quietly lively on a Wednesday AM with Mom’s bringing their kids to come play in a special area just for them. So Cute! The artisanal coffee was very well prepared and the food was +++. It can get a bit noisy but this is truly a wonderful place to spend ur time!

Love this place! Chill vibes. A little play area is in the back for the kids. They loved it! The food was phenomenal! The sour dough bread was amazing. The chicken Caesar wrap may have been the best I ever tasted! My grand daughter loved the little lunch box grilled cheese sandwich. Staff is so friendly. I love supporting small businesses but I love the small things showing it’s a Christian establishment. We will definitely be back!

The Clay House Cafe has become one of those places I genuinely enjoy coming back to. Whether it’s breakfast or lunch, everything I’ve had has been consistently good. I especially enjoy their avocado toast, the bacon and egg sides, and their coffee drinks, my go-to is usually a cappuccino, and it’s always well made.

The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, making it a great spot for conversation. It’s especially well suited for small groups of three to four people, whether you’re meeting friends or catching up over coffee.

Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and drinks, and what really stands out is the service. The servers genuinely seem to care and go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience.

Good food, good coffee, great atmosphere, and people who care. Five stars without hesitation.

Warm and inviting atmosphere, coupled with friendly and attentive staff. This was my first visit, during a busy time nonetheless, yet the crew here expertly navigated through the organized chaos without a flaw. My beverage of choice was the Winter Special; which is a white chocolate, cinnamon bark latte. Here is your 5 Star review on Google, but you get a 10/10 from me personally. Well done!

Clay House Cafe took over the spot where Sydney Roasting Co was in Lebanon and is the perfect addition to the area. The Cafe has long hours – they’re open until 4 pm during the week and 3 pm on Saturday. I greatly appreciate that as a new mom so I don’t have to rush getting out of the house.

The cafe environment is modern and cozy, with plenty of seating, including two-top tables for catching up with a friend and bar seating that is perfect for working on your laptop. The space is kid-friendly with room to take a stroller and a kids’ corner in the back.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful in explaining their menu/ ordering options when I arrived. Not only can you order at the front of the cafe, but if you prefer to get settled at a table first, you can use the QR code there to order online.

The Clay House Cafe is serving breakfast and lunch in addition to their drinks. As far as coffee goes, they are brewing Kitty Town Coffee, which is made by the same roasters as Sydney Roasting Co! They also have lots of non-coffee options such as tea lattes, Italian sodas, nectars, and smoothies.

I ordered the Clay House BLT and an iced cinnamon sugar latte with sweet cold foam. My latte reminded me of cinnamon sugar toast and had the right amount of sweetness and cinnamon to go with the espresso. The BLT was made with the freshest ingredients, including homemade sourdough bread, and was so delicious. I loved the whipped goat cheese and pepper jelly that gave it a unique spin. I’m drooling all over again thinking about this meal.

If all of this hasn’t convinced you to visit the Clay House Cafe, then you’re missing out because they are certainly worth the trip!

I used to live in PA, but moved to NC a couple years ago. Everytime I come and visit my family in PA, I always try to find breakfast places that do gluten frree options because I’m celiac. I came across this place and wanted to give it a try and I fell in love with it. They have AMAZING gluten free strawberry oat pancakes, I would highly suggest getting them if you are trying to stay off of gluten or have any allergy to gluten. They also have gluten free waffles that look amazing. They also have this menu on their website that tells you what is gluten free, dairy free and vegan, which was very helpful. The lady at the counter was also very sweet, the restaurant looked very clean and I would highly recommend this place.
