Hidden gem alert! This Korean BBQ spot is tucked away in a Chinese neighborhood, and honestly, it blew us away. The Korean server was super friendly, funny, and knew exactly what he was doing — he handled all the seafood grilling for us and nailed the timing perfectly.

There were three adults and two kids in our group, and we went with the $114 set. Totally worth it! It came with a great variety of dishes, and the ingredients were so fresh — way fresher than a lot of other seafood BBQ places we’ve tried.

Overall, the vibes were great, the food was on point.

Absolutely loved this Korean seafood BBQ spot! It’s in a super convenient location with plenty of easy parking, which is always a plus.

We ordered Combo B and it was totally worth it. It came with a huge variety of dishes—seafood salad, crispy pancakes, steamed eggs, cheesy corn, Manila clams, cherry stone clams, mussels, live abalone, squid, shrimp and more, everything is so fresh and delicious!

The Clam House is a hidden gem for seafood lovers! We tried the Combo B – loaded with baby octopus, scallops, abalone, shrimp, and mussels – all incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. I heard that the highlight was the grilled eel, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor, will try next time! Great portions, friendly service, and a fun, lively atmosphere. Definitely coming back for more!

Clam House in Monterey Park is a must-visit for Korean seafood BBQ lovers. We had Combo B for $110, which was plenty for three. The standout was the fresh, tender abalone, expertly grilled by the staff. The set also included clams, scallops, and delicious sides like cheesy corn and fluffy steamed egg. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made for a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended!

This is one of the few seafood bbq places in the SGV. We order combo A and loved. We also ordered an abalone on the side. The abalone was so fresh and it was moving while serving. The place is clean and great for ppl to eat and hangout. The service was also great and the server helped grill everything.

The Clam House is a cozy restaurant with delicious food. My boyfriend and I ordered Combo A, which was a perfect amount of food for both of us. Combo A included a lot of clams, mussels, two large oysters, three large shrimp, scallops, and potatoes. We also had a vegetable pancake, corn cheese, steamed egg, and a delicious soup. I felt very happy and content after eating our meal.

Our waiter, and presumed owner, was very kind and attentive. His attentive and helpful nature added to the wonderful experience. I would recommend this place and would love to come back.

Stumbled on this spot near MP after a Saturday gym session looking for a high-protein meal, and wow—what a surprise! The restaurant is small and old-school in decor, but the seafood quality is absolutely next level, especially for the price.

We got a seafood set B that included massive fresh abalone and oysters (literally bigger than my fist), grilled tableside with full service—no DIY stress. Everything tasted fresh, and the dippings were great, especially when I used the shrimp salad sauce to create my own “spicy marinated grilled seafood” twist—so good!

The set comes with a bunch of sides:
• Cheesy fishcake & scallop soup (with chewy rice cakes!)
• Korean knife-cut noodles
• Roasted potato and Japanese sweet potato
• Buttery corn, steamed egg, crispy pancake—all solid.

If you’re looking for fancy plating or a trendy vibe, this isn’t it. But if you want fresh, high-quality Korean seafood grilled over real charcoal, this place seriously delivers.

Highly recommend for any seafood or kbbq lovers!

My boyfriend and I came here and we got Combo A, which was very reasonably priced and had such a wide variety of dishes. It was very filling – we were both very very full by the end.

The whole dinner was such an experience. Our server was grilling everything for us, watching the clams open was so fun, and the charcoal bbq made everything taste so good. Seafood was very fresh, even side dishes like corn, pancake, and seafood salad were very good, and we would definitely come again!

If you’re a seafood lover, you must try this seafood feast.

Firstly, their price, compared to some restaurants in Koreatown where the average cost per person easily exceeds a hundred dollars, this place is quite reasonable! We ordered Combo B, and it was only $115 for 2 people.

Although there weren’t any expensive ingredients like eel or lobster, just the variety of side dishes almost filled up two of us. Steamed egg, scallion pancake, cheese corn, seafood cold noodles, spicy rice cakes, fish cake soup, dish after dish, we couldn’t stop eating!

When we went, the ingredients were all very fresh. When the abalone was served, it was still moving! The clams, scallops, and oysters were all plump and delicious.

What’s even better is that there was a Korean guy grilling for us the whole time, as they use pure charcoal fire, it’s easy for amateurs to overcook! (But the gentleman also mentioned, when it gets busy, he’s the only waiter, it can get a bit overwhelming, so everyone should be understanding.)

Overall very recommended!
