Was a bit disappointed. Came in 45 minutes before close. No grilled food available only cold sandwiches. Only had veg. chili left. Took quite a while to get a cold sandwich & a bowl of chili. We were the only customers in there. I’ve been here before the food is generally good. This was not very good this time.

Dropped someone off down the street and was looking for somewhere to hang out and work. First time visiting. Located across the street from Children’s and the Medical College. Spacious, quick service, Happy they have Valentine’s Coffee, and Rishi Tea but not enough electrical outlets. Nice bakery and breakfast items.

The food and drinks were very delicious. I got the BYO ham sandwich on white bread with cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and a side of chipotle sauce. You have the option of a cookie or chips. This was a little over $10 and it was worth it! The workers even bring out your food to you and every time I’ve gone there it’s been a pleasant experience.

Creamy Onion Soup and Chili were very good. Most soup comes with at least bread or crackers and neither were in the bag. Extremely delicious chai latte with oatmilk.

Stopped by on my way back from running errands. Big line to order but I guess that’s a good thing showing they are popular. I got the cobb salad trying to be healthy and an iced tea. Everything was very fresh. Nice presentation of the egg, cheese, and tomato decomposed. They have Wi-Fi for loitering as needed. Did see parking was rather full though on way out. Liked some of the signs of about conservation.

Been coming here for about a year and with in the past few months the service here has been terrible. They have been extremely short and snappy with me. Acting as if I am a child and being very blunt in a rude manner. Definitely do not come here if you want to be respected and want a nice meal. Food is good also

Delicious and healthy wraps, sandwiches, avocado toast and much more. Friendly service. Great for breakfast or lunch, with the family or after a workout. Highly recommended!

Fantastic menu options for healthier choices. The salads are perfectly sized for one meal, unless you add additional protein to it. Tea and pastry selection is also quite wide. Seating available indoors and outdoors.

I placed a catering order on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday at 11:30 for my business to celebrate 1 of my employees departure to a new endeavor. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. I was contacted at 11:40 from my business letting me know that the food had not arrived yet. I ended up calling City Market Cafe around 12 pm and spoke to someone letting me them know that i had placed an order for catering. The person on the phone told me that the catering person was not in and that I can send email or leave a voicemail. I let her know that my catering should have been delivered today. The person I was speaking to let me know that I needed to make the order at least 24 hrs in advance in which I told her that I did place it more than 24 hrs and is there someone i can speak to about my order. The person on the phone said I just work at the front and would not know about the order but the catering person is probably just running late because it’s snowing. The person did not ask who I was or who I had placed the order for and she did not have a way for me to get speak to the person in charge of catering. Once I arrived to my business I was told the food had not arrived so I contacted them again around 12:50 pm and I believe the same person whom I had spoken too answered the phone. I let her know that I still had not received the order and she just put me on hold or transferred me to the person in charge of the catering. I spoke to a women in charge of the catering and she said she had my order to be delivered tomorrow. I let her know that is incorrect because it clearly states my order is for Thursday. She apologized and said it was their mistake and the dates got mixed up. She said she could still make it or deliver it tomorrow. At that point I was very disappointed and was very dissatisfied with the customer service. Why did no one call me about the mistake? Why did it take for me to call back again? The person who answered the first time did not show any empathy and sounded more robotic and never even said I apologize or sorry. I normally don’t submit reviews but this is not the customer service anyone should deserve especially since I placed the order well in advance. Overall if I could I would give them 0 stars.

The bread’s fresh. The lunch sandwiches are good. The prices are actually above average. 30 bucks for lunch for two persons. The service is here and there, but it’s reasonable. I had just wished that when you do order online, that you could have your choice of the side cookie flavor!
