This deserves a shout out! The first few pictures are the ones we took the others I found on line. This was the very first and we have eaten at many that was very good, the best maybe. The location is a little iffy and there was even a street person sitting at the front door. The food and the wait staff were fantastic. We traveled two hrs from home , my body was not happy with the trauma. I felt every bump. But the food was so worth it. We needed to eat before heading home. The price was very good for what we got…. very good. My favorite was all the shrimp, the fried shrimp was cooked perfectly and my favorite of too garlic shrimp. Oh it was yummy. The sushi was fantastic, under statement, excellent. The guys got pho, very good too. The waitress was was very tentative, our glasses were filled right away and dirty plates were taken away. If your in Columbus Ohio look it up you will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend looking this place up by the name, when you do it by the address you get the old “ feast of the dragon “ place that used to be here. Don’t pay attention to that and look it up by “ The City Buffet “ and you will get how it actually looks like now.
The very first time I came to this place I was a little judgmental. You arrive and it’s a big empty parking lot and it kinda looks abandoned but please go inside as it’s like stepping into a 5 star restaurant. Looks very beautiful and bright inside and clean. The food selection is wonderful from sushi to dessert and a little hibachi. Don’t expect it to be like an actual hibachi restaurant, it’s a small selection of vegetables and protein and you hand the plate to the chef to cook. The sushi and hibachi come included in the price, they do have tip jars but please don’t feel obligated to tip. If you enjoy the food and you happen to have a $1 and want to show your appreciation then go for it. I went with a coworker during lunch I think and when I saw that the bill was only $30 I felt like they was under charging especially with all the selections of food and the quality of them to. I highly recommend you checking this place out and experience it for yourself. One last thing is please try the Mac and cheese! It’s very cheesy and yummy!!!

This is not a negative comment, more of a motherly FYI: Restaurant is NOT in the greatest area(so just be highly alert and aware of your surroundings)BUT Definitely worth going to and would certainly go back.

Plenty of sushie rolls to choose from and other food options. Server was very attentive and respectful. Overall great place for get togethers or family nights and prices was a tad bit but worth it. 3 people 86.76

Just had the most amazing experience at The City Buffet ‼️The food? Absolutely every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. From the appetizers to the main course, I was genuinely impressed.
And can we talk about the decor? The space is so inviting and beautifully styled. It gives off the perfect vibe for a chill meal or a fun night out with friends. Every detail feels intentional and adds to the overall experience.

This was actually one of the cleanest, well organized, and food was really fresh. I ate more than I should of to be honest . But I ate everything I got on my plate, not too be wasting food. The soups were my only concern. They were good, but I’ve had better. My waitress kept her distance which was nice, but was also on top of taking my used plates and filling my drink. The music was perfect and not to loud. And they have many options to choose from. I will return if in the area again.

First time here and definitely won’t be my last. It was well worth the 30 minute drive. They have a very large fresh sushi selection and many other Japanese, and Korea delicacies on top of the the normal Chinese fair you’d expect from a buffet. The service was also on point. I can’t wait to bring my family

Clean and nice atmosphere. Food was amazing with a ton of variety, would definitely go again when we’re back near Columbus. Only strange thing we saw was our server chugging a white claw which we thought was out of the ordinary and we noticed his face was red and his eyes were glossy every time he came to the table. Other than that! Delicious buffet.
