12/29/23: Always excellent Burgers and the service makes your day a little better. The burgers are gourmet with the freshest toppings. I get seasoned fries and they never fail to satisfy my tummy. Highly recommend this place for a perfect burger in Mena!

Burger meat was tasteless and low quality (lots of fillers). Tots were fried twice. Fries were hard/crunchy and not fresh. Very disappointing. For a good burger in town, Cruizzers is probably your best bet.

We recently engaged Chuck Stop to cater my daughter’s wedding. Our intent was to do a casual burgers and dogs meal with sides and tea and water. These folks absolutely SHOWED UP!
Chuck Stop travelled an our to our venue and set up early. The crew coordinated their uniforms to match the wedding colors and had the entire meal (burgers, dogs, baked beans, potato salad, chips, condiments, tea, waters, cutlery, plates, and fantastic service!) ready to serve 130 guests as soon as our reception started!
I sincerely wish I had another excuse to engage them again, but we are not local to the area. This was one of the best catering experiences I could have asked for and I sincerely hope we get to do it again!
